The rooms were clean. The staff that I interacted with were all professional and pleasant. The only thing I didn't care for was the queen bed mattress. We stayed in a room with queen beds the first night and they were nice enough to let us swap to a room with a king bed the second night. The mattress on the king bed was much better. Overall a very nice property.

The room was very clean, we got an extra large room and it was very nice for having everyone hang out--great size. Breakfast had all the items you'd expect-including waffle bar with toppings. Was greated and given water bottles upon check in.

We really liked this place! Our room had everything we needed, including a comfy bed, newer, shower, TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The place was clean and well kept. Also, the free continental breakfast was very nice.

Very friendly staff, nice room, large television, pillows were kind of small and not much support, great breakfast in the morning. If you don’t want the breakfast at the hotel, the Honey Butter Cafe just across the street is outstanding!!

Very nice hotel in a very safe area.
I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially if you are traveling with a car full of stuff, and would like to find it untouched in the morning.

Great staff that were friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and so was the whole hotel. Nice pool area and very clean. Good breakfast and it’s included in the price.

Stayed here 4 nights & it was wonderful. The staff were all very attentive, professional & friendly- especially Janet. Rooms are very clean, comfortable & modern. Location is close to everything we needed. Breakfast buffet is varied and yummy. Finally, after several trips back to Milwaukee we have found our “go to” place to stay.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and all amenities surpass the highest of expectations.
This was one of the best stays I've ever had at a hotel. The front desk folks were extremely friendly and accommodating and always wished us well on our day and greeted us with a big smile when we returned for the evening. And everything was very clean and tidy - from the rooms to the breakfast area.
Plus, the Franklin area seemed very nice and was an easy ride in to downtown Milwaukee.
I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area!
