My family and I stayed here twice this 24/25 ski season and loved it both times. The rooms are…ginormous. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, it was perfect for our 3 and 4 year olds. The breakfast was delicious. 10/10 recommend

Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. One bedroom units do not have a dining table but a countertop next to the wall. We were family of 4 and were not able to eat together. Other than that, we love the resort. The location is great. The staff if extremely friendly and helpful. Resort is pet friendly too.

My family has stayed at this hotel several times and I keep forgetting to write a review. The rooms are spacious and clean. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is better than most continental hotel breakfasts. Prices are very reasonable. Really can’t say enough. We love this place.

Great location 5 minutes from Mount Sunapee. The rooms are large and perfect to accommodate a family on a ski trip. All the staff were very friendly and we appreciated the free breakfast. 2 indoor pools, hot tub, and sauna are ideal for apres skis.

My family has stayed here twice, and I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a bit more space than a typical hotel room. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast had a lot of options and is a great bonus. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room. The hot tub was great. The beds were just okay. The kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. There are a few things throughout the hotel that could use an upgrade or repair, but overall, we were happy with our stay.

Positive: Location Negative: Hotel was fine, but some issues with the room. Some broken items (1 burner on stovetop, 1 towel rack loose, toilet seat loose), ill-fitting blinds, too much light coming in windows, no dishtowels, minimal silverware.

This lovely quaint hotel was exactly what we wanted and then some. We loved the space in our room, the fireplace and the kitchenette. Our toddler enjoyed the air hockey, indoor pool and puzzles provided. The surrounding area is so peaceful and beautiful. Total bonus is the staff is super friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Location, spectacular - wish hotel had view of Sunapee lake, only thing missing. Posted some beautiful sunset pics from Fri & Sat evening from balcony.
Service, outstanding, thank you Sandy for going above & beyond showing me the "penthouse" for a future visit with family.
Pool & hot tub clean but staff said pool was 84, I disagree as I couldn't even keep my foot in it. The next family with 3 sons did not even go in pool, opted for hot tub and kids only put legs in. Shame pools were also very small.
Morning buffet, Continental - surprised for such a grand hotel. Not looking for full breakfast but to be able to have some eggs, toast & breakfast meat would have been welcome. I wish I brought it with me and used it in our kitchenette.
Seriously, staff was exceptional from front desk, housekeeping & the nice server who kept the Continental breakfast stocked.
Room clean, bed hard - but was able to sleep most of the night on it, not worth complaining about.
This was our second time staying here and we will be back in the future, hope Sandy will still be there 😉
