Very convenient location; in the highway to north conway; stayed there last week during our White Mountain Region Trip; Clean and Comfortable Stay; Friendly staffs. Great for night stay when you need relaxing sleep. Fridge, Microwave, Desk, Shower Amenities and all.||Nearby activities: 20 minutes to Conway and 35 Miles to Kancamagus Highway

Family-run and very friendly motel. We stayed here for the second time and we enjoyed it. Clean room, AC, fridge, free ice and coffee in the morning. Price is very good for what it is - a motel by the road. We will come back when we are around. When we had to change our booking via mail - they quickly helped us.
It has a nice pool as well and restaurants near by. If you have time - Rosies serves great breakfast.

Very clean. I went with a loft for $170 and it was definitely worth the few extra bucks. It was a mini apartment with a kitchen (including two built in burners, a kitchen sink, dining table with comfortable chairs. It was very spacious and well equipped. 3 beds, 2 queens and a single, all facing a large screen t.v. The area was filled with beautiful scenery of lakes, mountains country settings and local living. I highly recommend this place. Right off the main Rd with plenty of free parking and suitable for young ones of any age. I honestly could live there it was so convenient and cozy. A perfect environment for anyone looking to get away from the city hustle and grumpy people. I guarantee the air will be fresh, the people are way more friendly than my area further south in Nh. You'll fall in love with country living and peaceful nights.

I really, really like this motel. Stayed here for a second time this weekend while traveling for work. The biggest reason I returned was the staff, they are incredibly kind and accommodating. The nature of my work means that I often have to check into to hotels late and for a small business I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality! The rooms are modest but very clean. Beds are comfortable and Wi-Fi and TV work great. You can tell the owners take pride in their business and care about their guests. Definitely my top choice when traveling in the area and I will continue to stay here should my work bring me back !

I first stayed at this hotel in 1993 when my parents were dropping me off at camp. I did the same this week with my boys. The hotel is clean and basic, well run and the family that owns it is sweet. This is a not frills kind of place - but a solid safe option. Will book again next year.

I stayed here for one night with my partner and paid $81 (just didn't want to camp for one night). It was pretty clear that several of the reviews left on Google were fake. Would not say this is better than a hotel by any means. The room was fairly clean but the walls were so thin that we could easily hear our neighbor clearing their throat and having a very early morning phone conversation. The bed was way too soft and the pillows were so thick I woke up with back and neck pain. All in all, would definitely not recommend or stay here again. The front desk lady was nice, though. There are just better motels in NH for the same or similar cost.

I needed to stay in a motel. When I pulled back the covers, I found the unpleasant surprise. There were a couple of dead bugs and debris on the sheet. I called the office and told them I found dead bugs in the bed. The managers/owners looked like they were from the Middle East and it was hard to understand their accent. They were rather dismissive of the whole thing. In trying to interpret what they were saying, I think they thought I said "bedbugs" instead of "dead bugs," They kept talking about ticks and trees and whatever. It seemed like they thought the bugs were on me and fell off me onto the bed. They did come to my room and continued to talk about ticks and trees--well, as much as I could try to figure out what they were saying. They brushed the debris on the floor, said "I'm sorry" and left the room. I paid $125.00 a night for the room. There were no comfortable chairs in the room and only a tiny shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries.
