So after careful consideration and much relief 😉 I am feeling a whole lot better because this place really is the best and I'm just a hypocritical jerk. I don't mean to be I guess the best way to describe it is knowing two people in one like Jekyll and Hyde normally. These guys are super helpful and I have been really difficult to figure out over the years however I feel like I figured myself out pretty well and I was being very critical and not fair with my recovery friends at The recovery Center. May God bless you and keep you well. You guys are awesome 👍💯

After suffering the loss of yet again more loved ones, and after having my dignity, property, and physical self accosted, thrown from a vehicle and sustaining only minor injuries thank goodness, I was welcomed in as a guest. So, I set out to find out if it was the same beautiful place it’s always been. First, I had to check out the local church and I found that time can do many things to a person and that change is the ever present constant in life.
Look at the positive, don’t meet bad intended people on their level and stay alert. Always keep your belongings with you, keep your projects neat and organized and always remain accountable to yourself. When you show staff respect, they receive it well and return said respect as well.
So, being welcomed in and knowing all these things I first remember that other people are at different places in their recovery journey. (Be respectful)! Always smile when you’re happy and be authentic. The staff will appreciate your honesty. White Horse RCO the shed provides a safe clean environment, recovery staff dedicated to helping other’s recover and a real comfy chair you can catch a quick snooze on when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
Where they need improvement is with other guests’ behavior and coping with negative outbursts, missing property, if you don’t keep track of your things, it could be stolen by another person seeking recovery, their itinerary could use some work (scheduling of recovery activities), hour of operation change, notices on equipment malfunction and patience.
They have internet access you can use for recovery activities, they have emergency food stores you can ask to use, and they’re getting close to being able to have people prepare their own food, provided you are responsible enough to prepare it. They have a shower and laundry privileges you can earn; the environment is comfortable, and the atmosphere is cozy.
All and all I believe White Horse Addiction RCO The shed is a good solid place to have in the community full of possibilities at helping someone change their life around. Check it out if you’re in recovery or seeking to be, it could possibly save your life.
