Very respectful staff. Morning crew was amazing. I wish I could have gotten their names. The evening staff was helpful as well. But the overnight staff is the best workers I've ever experienced in my life
Xavier helped me book fast last night during the latest of hours. Zulema was amazing overnight staff. She was very helpful in connecting my system to the Internet as well as fully available to accommodate any needs during the night hours. Great staff. Keep each and every one of these members and you should have 5 stars soon. Would highly recommend especially for vacation and resting

Housekeeping stole my warm onesie I left in the bathroom on the day I checked out of there! I left a two dollar tip and everything and they still kept my things smh this was the most horrible experience ever to let my Guard down and be taken advantage of Im beyond upset with this facility! When I asked for a corporate number they gave me some recorded line please be mindful of staying here because they will steal your things! I am so heartbroken because that piece of clothing has sentimental value I carried with me for three years! What Monster would just keep someone else’s belongings like that? I’m mortified!!!!!

Disappointing Experience- Do Not Recommend
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was immediately hit with a strong odor of urine throughout the property, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. The hotel itself was dirty, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority.

Additionally, the management was incredibly inflexible, showing little concern for guest satisfaction. I chose not to stay at the property, and left within 10 mins. Management was yet again inflexible and refused to reimburse payment. To top it off, the surrounding area felt unsafe, which only added to my discomfort.

I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodations. This place fell far below basic expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Came back from a long driving around 8Am i was exhausted hungry and sleepy, this location was the closest to where I had to deliver my work so I reserved a room at the Bridgeview location i knew check-in is at 3pm but i was hopeful to check in early I don't think i could wait till 3pm so I called the hotel after my reservation hoping i could do early check-in. I spoke to A young lady named Zulema, Very friendly, professional and willing to do everything to make my stay pleasan, There where no rooms available like the one i reserved but Zulema Accommodate me in a two twin bedroom which is was great for me I wanted to rest and sleep she ask what time was my arrival I said i was near by she replayed great your room is ready.. Note there my be a small fee for early check ins but its totally worth it. Room was cleaned, fresh towels, clean sheets. everything was great will def be staying here more often..

For a 2-star rating it seems as though I was staying in a 3 to 4 stars. The rooms were soooo clean. The bed was soft and comfy. We had access to towels as needed. Friendly Front Desk and I was able to get the extra services I requested.Thank you

for the price, you get what you pay for but usually super 8 is clean and cheap. if you order door dash be sure to keep your eye out for it others will try to steal. if you not used to environment like this i don’t recommend it.

Great experience at the Motel 6 in Bridgeview. Xavier is a great manager and makes the place run smooth. I would stay here anytime in the area and looking for a decent price and decent quality. Definitely recommend!
