Been coming here for years. Dr Tu has been nothing short of Great to me during my treatment. The nurses have been so good in making sure I'm in and out of here as fast as possible. The nurses in front also have to tip my hat to them for having to deal with knuckle heads that come in and feel entitled. Good people all around highly recommend.

This urgent care is an absolute nightmare. Every time I’ve had to come here for work-related testing, I’ve experienced extreme wait times for the simplest procedures. The staff is disorganized and incompetent—on one occasion, I waited eight hours just for a blood draw because only one person was capable of doing it. They repeatedly skipped my name, and despite there being only two other patients when I arrived, I still waited hours for a simple mask fit test. No matter the time of day or how busy (or completely empty) this place is, the service is consistently terrible. Avoid this place at all costs!

Ashley was awesome!!! Gabby and Kim were also very professional and the lady at the desk was really good. I was a little nervous because I didn't know I was getting a free employment physical as well as a drug test but they made me feel at ease. They're caring and very professional at what they do and I strongly recommend them. I've been here before for a random drug test and I was impressed with them before. That was actually that time. Even though they're a little farther from my house I chose this facility because I know they're professional and I feel at ease

Had to go here for a shoulder strain. Intake took about an hour and a half filling out the online registration stuff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. The staff are all happy and laughing with each other. Im in the medical field myself so it was nice to witness a happy work environment. They do take long, but once you get in they take their time with you. I was impressed with how quickly I was assessed and how fast I started my PT. Which was that day after meeting with the NP. Patel was my PT and he was awesome. He got my shoulder back to normal in 6 sessions. When you know the staff is genuinely out for your best interest the wait times make sense. Hopefully I don’t hurt myself again. But if I do I will be coming right back to this place!

Wonderful experience. Joseph was great, very helpful and polite and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone I know. I cannot remember the doctors name that performed the physical on me (I'm sorry!) But she was also amazing! I loved her positive attitude and friendly personality. Great experience for sure!

If I could I would give 0. This place is an absolute nightmare. Every time is extreme wait times for the simplest procedures. The staff is disorganized and incompetent. I waited 4 hours for dot exam. (2 minutes took them to do this). Very disorganized place…No matter the time of day or how busy (or completely empty) this place is, the service is consistently terrible. Avoid this place at all costs! it was my last time I came to this place. NEVER again!!!

Went In for a Drug Test for my employer on Sat. 2/8/2025. I was greeted at the front desk that was quick and polite. After having to wait for roughly 75 minutes to be seen, I was met with nurse Natasha who was polite , quick and professional. Natasha made the visit more welcoming & making me forget about the long wait.

The majority of the staff was wonderful except for the doctor that did my test. She claims that I got bigger since the last time I visited there and assumed that I needed a sleep study. When I was there inquiring why she said it’s according to regulations. I mentioned that I just did this same test earlier and I lost weight she wasn’t trying to hear my concerns or anything. I was upset about that. Because now you’re judging someone who doesn’t needs what she’s trying to imply. It’s unfair and unjust
