Really great service from Chris and MxB! I was in town for a work conference and road the Hank Aaron Trail and Oak Leaf Trail on a single speed Fixation in the early evening. It was such an amazing way to explore the city and I could not recommend it more! Chris was VERY helpful, making sure I had a bike that fit and even picking up the bike from my hotel, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Also, a local company! Also, satisfied with the local owners customer service, and it’s right next to the cooperage. Definitely walk over and grab tacos from the taco truck and an old fashion at Boone and Crocket!

Chris is a great guide, and we enjoyed the tour. He has a ton of historical knowledge of the city, and is a cool dude. He tailored our tour to meet our interests and riding ability. It was a highlight of our trip to Milwaukee!

My husband and I recently rode both the City Skyline Tour and the Beerline Tour with Chris. We had a great time exploring Milwaukee and saw places we would never have found on our own. Chris is very knowledgeable and enjoyable to ride with. When it started to rain, we stopped at the Pabst Brewery for a beer--extra bonus. The rental bikes were by far the nicest we have ever had on a city bike tour. I am 5 feet tall, and they had a XS size which was perfect. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience at Milwaukee By Bike. The owner showed up at 9 AM to help us with a reservation we made the night before. We accidentally booked the wrong bikes and he gave us a full refund and let us book the correct bikes the morning of.
We ended up taking the electric bikes all the way from Walkers Point to the north border of Mequon and back along the Oak Leaf Trail. Had a blast!
The owner is a Milwaukee born expert so feel free to ask him for any recommendations or advice!

Chris gave us a great tour of Milwaukee by electric bike. He knows his history, the best routes to take and asked us what points of interest we would like to see. Convenient parking, easy to get in and out of location and just an overall enjoyable afternoon sightseeing. Highly recommend for the out of town guest as well as the locals who want to see places they don’t frequent on their own.
