Called to have some electrical issues looked at on our home. They sent out a man named Josh within an hour of my phone call. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased a generator through Lowe's and they hire Mike Rowley electric to install it. They install in July 2021, then about 2 weeks ago the electric for the unit melted . I won't go into all the details but it has been proved by 2 electricians and a the city inspector that is was all installed wrong. Mike Rowley electric will not take responsibility for it, and now I am out several thousand dollars to fix it myself. They did get a permit like should have, but never had it inspected. If it had been inspected it would have failed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have tried to communicate withe them but they ignore all my calls and texts messages.
