Plenty of seating. The guide was very informative but we could not hear the music he was playing on the upper deck. Purchased a simple snack to ride us over for the 90 minute tour.

The food was not good. We were served a BBQ sandwich pork plate that includes salad dry chicken and two sides. Drink choices were tea or water included with meal. The bar was overpriced and we were not satisfied with the drinks purchases. The dessert tasted old. The only positive note would be the actual ride on the river.

Writing this review from the Memphis Queen Riverboat at the last leg of our Scenic Tour. The host, Jordan, is an absolute master of his craft; knowledgeable, funny, relatable and extremely articulate. I'm using big words because he says he likes to read and he checks these reviews. Keep it up, Jordan, this was a riot of a time and we enjoyed ever bit of it!

The Memphis Cruise was fine. My complaint is about all the construction and debri to get to it. The cement ramp was pitched so high, no railings until you got to metal ramp to the cruise. A very long distance.! Not wheelchair or handicap access. We ubered and he dropped us off at the street. Some parking way below but so hard to walk on the stones. There is going to be an accident waiting to happen here. I enjoyed the cruise once I got on. Mostly older people were getting on. This is a safety issue that someone should look into. Deplorable conditions.

This was a very relaxing boat ride. We picked the history one And thought we’d learn more but the history was only for about 20 minutes before it was just music through the speakers .

If we knew that, we would have chosen the live music boat ride.

I give it 4 out of 5 because it would have been great to learn even more.

The trip was relaxing, and nice. However, the was not bad, until the singer started singing falcetto. He was horrible. I hope they don't ever let hom do that again.
