We stayed at the Castnetter for our family vacation and loved it! We had the very greatest time! The owners were very helpful and informative with all questions we had about Anna Maria. Our room was very clean and cozy. We loved that it was located across the street from the clean beach and we were able to enjoy the sunset each night. There is a pool located right outside our room and that was where we spent most of our time because it was clean, refreshing, and provided many pool toys! There were bikes available for use to explore the island and all the shops in the area. Anna Maria Island is a gorgeous place to visit and we will definitely be staying at the Castnetter Beach Resort when we return. I give the Castnetter 5 stars!!

Castnetter Beach Resort was a great place to stay. We stayed in unit number 5 which is a two bedroom two bath unit. It's on the second floor and has a huge deck overlooking the pool and public beach area. The owners were on sight to greet us when we arrived and they are just the sweetest people. The place was immaculate and the updates were great. It is across from the public beach so it can get crowded, especially since we were here during spring break, but it didn't bother us. We just walked down to the side and it was fine. It's right in the middle of the island so it's close to everything. Skinny's is right across the street and they have some of the best burgers on the island. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island! The condo was very conveniently located across the street from the public beach so we were able to enjoy the sun and make trips back whenever needed. There were plenty of chairs available to use which was also very nice. When not by the beach we spent time relaxing on the patio or in the pool. We stayed in Castnetter 6 which was perfect for the four of us. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all of the kitchen appliances and utensils we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Castnetter Beach Resort!! The perfect place for a family vacation!! Plenty of room, very very clean and well decorated. We all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach is very close. Wonderful restaurants are near by. Of course Publix is too. Plenty of parking and everything you need available to take to the beach. Also the bikes are fun to explore the island. Thank you Donna and Alan for having a fantastic beach paradise!! We highly recommend Castnetter Beach Resort, it feels like your in Key West!!!

Castnetter Beach Resort was perfect for our Family trip. Couldn't have picked a better spot. I travel for a living and have stayed at some of the top resorts in the world and this was right up there. We stayed in Unit 6 and it had everything we needed and then some. huge deck on the back, beach and shopping right across the street and all the stores, shops and bars are either walking distance or a super close Uber ride. There's a grocery store and a CVS right around the corner. The beach is right across the street and it's one of the nicest beaches I've ever been on. All in all this was a perfect resort in a perfect place and the owners Donna and Alan were amazing people to work with. We will be back every year!!!!

This little villa was perfect for our little family of 4. It had plenty of space and the pool was excellent. The owners, Donna and Gary were VERY accommodating and helpful during our short stay. I wish we had been able to stay a few more days, that's for sure! This villa was a short walk over to Publix and CVS! |The only downside to this location was that the road in front of the villa was very congested and the traffic was crazy. Probably due to it being Spring Break for much of the South. We do not really like public beaches, so we did not even go across the street to the beach, we actually drove our van about a mile down the road and parked and walked to a more secluded little beach area. All in all, this was a great trip and a wonderful first experience on the Island for out little family!

We stayed here for 5 nights with our 2 grand kids and their parents. The location was great, just across the street from the beach. The unit was very clean and everything was working. The pool was a nice bonus as the 2 kids ages 18 months and 3 loved the size. it was also nice being so close to the grocery store.Its location is ideal. There were chairs and an umbrella available.

I can’t say enough about this hidden gem. I have visited twice in the last three months. Once on a girls trip and another with my family of four. I don’t typically write reviews but after reading a few negative ones I felt inspired. This place is beautiful. Private pool and across from Manatee beach. Anything you could possibly need is so convenient. This beach is in my top three and I’ve traveled a lot of places. The house is clean and modern. Also has anything you may need. Bonus* rafts and beach umbrellas and all you could ever ask for in the kitchen. The owner’s are so amazing. Alan and Donna are attentive and super down to earth and made our experience special. Thanks again Donna and Alan we had an incredible vacation last week.
