She kept us updated with the latest Covid protocols in Greece. Everything went according to plan and we will be using her for any future international travel.

I don’t think it’s possible to give them as positive of a review as I would like to give them. Working with Alyssa & Nolan made planning our wedding so much easier than it would have been by ourselves, and they made the booking process for all of our guests such a breeze. We had some problems with our hotel (that had nothing to do with them), but Alyssa and Nolan worked double time to not only "fix" the situation but make it better for both us and our guests. The whole process went smoothly for us, and I know that was thanks to their hard work. And for all that work and dedication, LovinAway has earned 5+/5 stars.

My husband and I have been working with Alyssa for years now and we know she's always looking to get us a great price and wonderful time away! We booked our incredible 2-week honeymoon in Hawaii through her and she was even able to weave gifted time at a timeshare seamlessly into our trip.

Being aware of her knowledge of romantic getaways and eye for a great deal, we went back to her only knowing we were looking for an all-inclusive experience. She recommended Hard Rock Riviera Maya and it was more than we could have expected! We did take advantage of the resort credits that were extended to us. We didn't spend them all, but we figured we could try... After a week away and enjoying a couples massage, a day in a cabana with someone waiting on us all day, a trip to Chichen Itza, seeing a beautiful cenote, and a romantic oceanside dinner, there was little I could recommend to improve this resort. The staff was so welcoming and friendly! Moreover, they all seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I didn't even come home with any mosquito bites! **If you do go to Chichen Itza, take some bug spray with you but it's definitely not needed at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya.**

If you are at all price-conscious, LovinAway is not for you. The planner I was working with told me my budget ($5000 for 10-14 days in Iceland) was reasonable. After I paid my $100 deposit, the only option she gave me was 6 nights and 3 excursions (no flight, no rental car) for $3500. I started looking on my own and was able to book 9 nights plus the same excursions for less than $2500. My whole trip (which I booked myself) all in with flights, hotels, rental car, and excursions almost every day came in under $5,000. I expressed my disappointment with their apparently very limited list of vendors, inability to book within my budget, and the fact that I was only given one option, but they would not refund my deposit. I lost $100 to LovinAway, but saved over $1,000 and extended my trip 3 nights by booking on my own.
