Working with Hanni and Culinary Infusion was fantastic! We originally had signed another company for our wedding that fell through and we always say it was a blessing in disguise! Hanni was so responsive with my multiple questions and emails. I really appreciated that she was up front in the planning process and did not try to get us to over purchase and even helped us cut costs. The wedding day ran very smoothly and everyone loved the food! The staff was very attentive on the day of! I would absolutely work with Hanni and her team at Culinary Infusion again!

We had culinary infusion cater our wedding at the Barn at Wagon Wheel Farm. I worked directly with Hanni and she was AMAZING. She answered my many questions & helped plan the whole night with me. We were so taken care of by her and her staff the night of the wedding that we had nothing to worry about since it was all covered. People loved the food (especially the pork tenderloin)! I would highly recommend other couples to use Culinary Infusion for their catering needs. Loved them!

Culinary Infusion surpassed all of our expectations of a wedding caterer. I can't tell you how many times my husband and I said, "I'm SO glad we have them!" throughout our planning process. They came highly recommended from our venue, but their tasting event completely blew us away. We were able to sample almost everything on their menu - all of which was mouthwatering! Kathy helped us narrow down the menu to find the best options for wedding, based on location (off site), deciding between plated or family style, and our favorite dishes from the tasting. Our guests commented all night on how delicious the meal was! Everything was incredible, and HOT. Which is definitely not a given with most wedding caterers.

Kathy and her team were also instrumental in the whole planning process and day-of set up. She helped me to select the best linen colors, and guided me on placement of things to create the flow we wanted for the day. I couldn't have done it without her! We also hired Kathy and the team to help us with the set up on our wedding day, which was priceless. It allowed us to enjoy our day and take time with our photos, rather than spending all day setting up decor.

Hanni and Culinary Infusion were hands down one of the absolutely best vendors we worked with!! My husband and I did not want to have the same old, boring wedding buffet so we went to Hanni and asked what her thoughts were. We came up with the idea of build your own taco and nacho bar paired with a margarita toast in place of the traditional 'champagne toast'. Let me tell you, it was a HIT!!!! The food was to die for, literally the best queso I have ever had!! When we went for our tasting we were served the vegan option, stuffed pepper, and each one of us devoured it not knowing that was the vegan dish!! Everything they served was so so delicious and we are extremely happy with how it all turned out. Throughout the planing process and the night of the wedding, Hanni was my go to gal. She helped me decide on things that I didn't even realize I had to decide, made sure my plate was full for dinner, (and a second serving :P) and always saw my vision without me having to explain it over and over again. The nicest, most organized, and best catering in the biz! Would highly recommend over and over again!!! Thank you!

We cannot recommend Culinary Infusion ENOUGH!! We fell in love with their venue called Circa on Seventh in 2019. We planned for a fall 2020 wedding and... well, we all know how that went... long story short, the team at CI was SO flexible and gracious over nearly two years of planning until we ended up getting married outdoors in Kenosha in August 2021, with all of our food (hors d'oeuvres, dinner and dessert) provided by them. Every person we worked with there was so supportive, positive, well organized and passionate about their work.

Hanni was our saving grace in the weeks leading up to our wedding as we dealt with COVID cases among our wedding party and made the last minute call to get married in a nearby park instead of indoors at their newest (beautiful!) space called Upper East... at first, we were devastated at the prospect of not being married there, but her team made our wedding in the park even more memorable. Guests raved about the food, the decorations/table cloths they brought really elevated our outdoor event, and EVERYONE from CI that crossed paths with us throughout the day was so lovely. I'm already thinking about reordering our strawberry champagne wedding cake from them next year as a 1 year anniversary treat... We are so happy they stuck it out with us and that we got to include them in our special day!

Would recommend them in a heart beat!!!
