Mindy, when working with Boomers, should know we like actual phone calls. Just using email especially when working thru conflicts just doesn't work. Next time I'll make sure to work with Jodi. Perhaps Mindy is relatively new at her job and can use this as a learning experience, I think she already got the message that a 1 hour layover is never enough time especially for international travel.

I have had the pleasure of working with LaMacchia travel on two occasions. First, LaMacchia assisted me and my family with our trip to Barcelona and Marrakesh. LaMacchia suggested our hotels, flights and excursions. The trip was a dream. Everything went perfect and we had all of our important confirmation numbers, contact info in one handy app. The recommended hotel in Barcelona has become my favorite hotel that I have ever stayed in!
Our first experience with LaMacchia was so amazing, we trusted them with our family trip to Belize. They did not disappoint. Again, the hotel suggestions were perfect, transportation was seamless and our trip went off without a hitch. Nolan was very patient with me, answered all my questions and coordinated everything perfectly. Our teenage daughter and adult son joined us and told us that Belize was the best family vacation we have ever gone on.
