What a gem! We dined at Little Havana last night and had an incredible experience. The decor was on point, the drinks were fantastic, and food was beyond amazing. We had yucca fries, shrimp cocktail and eggplant for starters. For dinner, we had pan con lechon, ropa vieja, and masitas de puerco. Flavors were rich and deep in every dish; we enjoyed every bite! And Gabriel made our first time visit so pleasant, we will be back soon!

So good! We had tasted three different entrees and they were all were so tasty, perfectly seasoned, and beautiful. The shredded pork with Cuban rice and plantains was absolutely out of this world good. The service was excellent and we felt like we were guests in their family kitchen. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back. Great addition to the Hanover dining scene.

If you're looking for a lively and welcoming dining experience in Hanover, Little Havana is a must-visit. The moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere hits you — warm, cozy, and inviting, with a hint of Cuban flair. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel like you're a guest in their home rather than just a customer.

The food is a standout. Each dish is flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices and fresh ingredients. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Cuban sandwich, savory ropa vieja, or a lighter appetizer like the tostones, there’s something for everyone. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the preparation, and every bite is satisfying.

Don’t miss out on their cocktails — they’re expertly crafted, with a variety of tropical and rum-based drinks that complement the cuisine beautifully. Whether you’re sipping a mojito or something more adventurous, you’re in good hands here.

Overall, Little Havana offers a fantastic dining experience with a great atmosphere, excellent food, and top-notch drinks. It’s the perfect spot for a casual dinner or a special night out with friends or family. Highly recommend!

I'll give an honest review here because I really hope this place can improve. Wife and I are both Cuban and were somewhat excited to hear a Cuban place was opening up in town. Sadly we were a bit disappointed. They've only just opened so hopefully these are just growing pains but this place has:

1. A very limited menu especially when it comes to entrees. They also reuse a lot of them in different dishes. I.e. there is ropa vieja in the tostones, the empanadas, and as a separate entree. The pork wasn't particularly good, too dry.

2. Portions are small. This by itself isn't the end of the world but...

3. Prices are very high, especially with how small the portions are. Portions need to be larger if you're charging $20+ a plate.

Hopefully this place gets better. We'll probably come back in the future and I'll update the review if it improves.

Loved my first experience at Little Havana! From the moment you walk in, it feels cozy and like going to a friend's for dinner - only the food is even better than your friend's! The menu had options for my particular dietary restrictions, and everything was very rich and satisfying. Everyone there was also so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back soon!

The food was so amazing I literally teared up! The appetizers had a fresh twist on classics and the entree (ropa vieja) reminded me of my late grandmother’s cooking! The atmosphere was very warm, pleasant, and family-like! Every dish knocked it out of the park and the mojito was amazing too!! The music was lively and fun, adding to the ambiance!! 🙂

10/10 recommend this establishment and I will be back!!
