The Casa Brava restaurant inside the Six South Street Hotel is Now the best dining in Hanover.
Casa Brava is dominating the other hotel restaurants in Hanover with their quick service, taste and attention to detail. The local best kept secret won't stay a secret for long.
The featured drink menu shines while the upscale atmosphere lets you enjoy every fanatic pairing of exotic tastes from a sophisticated menu.
Intentional ambiance will make you feel like the main character in a movie with warm greetings from the owner throughout your dining experience.If you're traveling with family or meeting a student who appreciates cuisine that deserves a Michelin star this is your next reservation.

GO HERE NOW. If you're looking for food in Hanover, or even the greater upper valley, this is easily the best tasting, best composition, best all around you can get. It's wonderful to have the primaries from Candela's and Ariana's back in the area, and the fusion of the two is better than the originals. The bao are perfectly balanced, the short ribs melt in your mouth, and the flan is complex and subtle. While it may seem strange, this restaurant lifts the hotel up, instead of the other way around. We'll be returning as often as possible.

We loved Candela's and missed it terribly. We're so happy that Jimmy is back with a new tapas restaurant, teaming up with the former Ariana's restauranteur. The cocktails are delicious, the short rib melts in your mouth, and the soup of the day (potato leek) was amazing, despite being vegan. It's not a cheap place to eat, but it's worth every dollar. I'll be back, again and again.
