I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Leena at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Sofia in the restaurant was equally wonderful, providing excellent service and delicious recommendations. The friendly staff truly made my visit special. They were very polite and made us feel at home.

We had shelter from the storm!! Carlos was especially helpful when we could not find a room after Helene and Milton. The entire staff, helped us to cope with the hurricane damage. Our home on Anna Maria Island had two inches of storm surge from the Helene. It was a tremendous comfort to return to the hotel, take a quick swim in the pool and enjoy the lovely meals. The entire staff was so very concerned about supportive!

On October 9th, 2024, during hurricane Milton, my grandmother, her friend, her friend's dog, and I made our way out of the evacuation zone. We sought refuge at the Legacy Hotel where my grandmother had “Accidently” made a reservation. She thought she had contacted a different hotel in the area. It had to be one of the best mistakes she had ever made.

At check-in, the team was very accommodating. They provided us with a notice which outlined what to expect during our hurricane stay, which was very informative! They had activities set up in the event halls such as Ping-Pong and board games. We supplied us with scheduled meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, on the day of the hurricane. And to be honest, this was something we did even take into consideration when evacuating. So, we were very grateful for this kind gesture.

When it was prime hurricane time, the team was very present. They had flashlights in the stairwells, throughout the hallways, and they rotated the floors to ensure nothing went awry.

I would like to add that, as guests many of us forget that these same team members who were checking us in, working and serving us during Hurricane Milton, also packed up their homes and families. They faced the same uncertainty as we did. They were all so very compassionate and empathic to each of us. They deserve a round of applause for their professionalism throughout the entire event.

I am handicapped and the do not have all of the accommodations a handicapped person needs. The architect of this hotel needs his license revolked.Sorry trip adviser but I'm done writing my review and your 200 character rule is absurd..... .Tom and Gina who are down in the dinning area were so helpful to me as were most of the staff. A big thank you to them!

Beautiful hotel! The room is sparkling clean, ice cold air conditioner. The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay after we were displaced during hurricane Milton. The pool was sparkling clean just 2 days after the hurricane tore through the area. The restaurant in/near the lobby is delicious. Try the roasted brussels sprouts! I would recommend to anyone needing lodging near IMG, Cortez, Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, or Anna Maria Island.

Positive: "" Negative: The condition of the shower was poor with mold/rust. The alarm clock was absolutely disgusting. For a 4-star hotel, the experience was truly underwhelming. I would have expected no less from Days Inn or comparable.

This is a true 4 star hotel. Scarce rooms with everything you need. Bathrooms are 3 star but you are not spending a lot of time there. ||The free all day coffee downstairs is perfect. absolutely perfect.||the staff at the restaurant are incredibly friendly and kind. ||The staff at the front desk vary. ||Terrance, the golf cart driver is AMAZING. he not only gets you where you have to go but he is friendly and kind. Super positive and sends you off with a smile. You can also find him inside tiding up and helping people with random requests. || I really liked that the pool was large and clean and there were a few different activities for the kids to do to keep busy. My family loved playing with other kids in the pool. ||the pool towels are pretty shabby though.||gym is good but only a few machines.

A great room for a fair price… the hotel is clean and well managed and offers very clean rooms with comfortable beds, nice pillows and soft sheets. The breakfast buffet was also above what was expected. We have stayed here several times now, and it is very consistent
