This place had mold on bathroom wall by tub. Toilet rolls were empty, carpeting and smell going up to room was very musty and stained. The room was highly musty smelling. Lamps had hand smear marks all over them. No compensation. We paid $327 for two stinky queen beds. Finally desk clerk cleaned mold off wall. And wiped lamps. Sprayed something in there so tolerable. We asked for wake up call that didn’t happen either. Clerk Daniel never notified morning clerk of this for us. Clerk checked and saw nothing. Breakfast. Eggs were good that’s about it. No refund no compensation. So please don’t stay here. Horrible. And on wall says 8.7 rating. Haha. .

We have been staying at this hotel for many years. Sadly, it is going downhill now, the so called free breakfast is very poor with few hot options.
Also, there is no interaction with guests anymore as most of the people staying are workmen, meaning few holiday guests.
Not once during our stay did the person in charge of the breakfast room speak to us, also the standard of appearance of the staff members was very poor.
The upside was the help given to us by Daniel was much appreciated.

AVOID THIS HOTEL OF HORROR. We started to worry when the man getting off the elevator told us to use it at our peril (he made a jumpy hand motion to indicate how it "broke" when he was on it). Our experience did not improve when we found the stairs, which lay past a door behind which a dog was chronically barking and the owner chronically yelling, with stains on the carpet and a suspiciously biohazardous smell in the hallway. The stairwell, which became increasingly littered with what looked like wrapping paper, cardboard box shreds, and other detritus during our stay, smelled like mildew. This was a helpful foreshadowing for the room itself, which was a petri dish of microorganisms who all but delivered a holiday greeting when we entered. There was mold on the carpet, mold on the walls, mold on the tatty couch, and mold on the ceiling. If you made the mistake of looking behind a piece of furniture, you would see a pileup of filth that had clearly never been vacuumed. Luckily, there did not seem to be bedbugs, though I checked for evidence before gingerly easing my person onto the sheets. We did not eat breakfast there, because how could you? When we finally left, I wanted to immerse myself in a vat of alcohol. Please do yourselves a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

The breakfast changed daily which was very helpful as we were there for a couple days. The pool side has some picnic tables that were amazing to have lunch while the kids played in the pool. All employees always helped with anything we asked. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area.

This place has definitely gone down him since last spring. I understand they had some storms, but this is beyond storm damage. Room was not cleaned well. Someone else's stick under table. Musky smelling shower which was still wet. It was a handicap accessible room. Floors were torn up. Nancy at the main desk was NOT FRIENDLY. why out someone with that personality at your front desk They had an issue with a guest. Took her belongings outside and told her to wait there for her ride.

This place is awful. Had to wait 10 min to check in while the clerk finished her cigarette. The room was dirty, underwear left, smelled nasty, furniture falling apart (looks like water damage). Tv didn’t work. The halls smell like chlorine and weed. Dogs across the hall wouldn't stop barking. I would not recommend

This wasn't the best hotel. Things just seemed a little dirty. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel and my room smelt really bad. It was like a moldy smell. I had to get my own air fresher to help.

Confusion making a reservation and confirming the reservation. Room was not clean, especially floors. Used soap by sink. No hair dryer. Room felt humid. Could not eat the breakfast food. Very uncomfortable 1 night stay.
