Kara is a fantastic agent, full of creative ideas, energy, and the stick-to-itiveness to get the job done fully and well. In the case of our aging parents, Kara was also extraordinarily kind and patient, going way beyond the call of duty not just to help them their home efficiently, but also to assure that they were taken care of throughout the process. This was stellar service with a big heart.

This review is long overdue. Jan Murray/JM Realty are consummate professionals. Jan and her colleague Kara Bell sold our house in 2019. Jan is an industry veteran that really knows her business. In addition to being very knowledgeable and helpful, Kara takes the best photos and really made our listing stand out from the rest. We ran into a lot of issues while our house was on the market (none related to JM Realty) and Jan/Kara were with us every step of the way. During the buyer's inspection we learned of mold in our attic as well as a failed septic system. Jan has a rolodex full of local contacts so we were able to get contractors out right away to provide quotes for the work. When all was said and done we ended up re-listing our home in the spring after the mold remediation and septic work was complete. Jan coached us through the process, worked with us as we negotiated with several interested buyers, and ultimately sold our house for full asking price. Jan and/or Kara were at every single showing that was requested, if you're considering other realtors ask if they attend the showings (hint: they probably don't, they just leave it to the buyer's agent). Jan more than earned her commission; we felt her knowledge and insight was invaluable.
