I have recently moved my 83 year old mother from Ct to Cape Cod. We found HA Latham after another local mover tried to overcharge her move (a nightmare) . I reached out to Josh on a Monday morning and by noon had a visit from them to look at her home. The next morning we had a detailed and honest quote. They fit us into the schedule in 2 weeks. The team of five movers arrived on time each day. They were kind, professional and kept my mother feeling like she was in good hands and her “home” of 53 years was safe. I met the movers on Cape Cod at the promised time. They took amazing care of her “stuff” . The final quote came in seventy five cents over the quote! When does that ever happen!
I am strongly recommending HA Latham for your move.. Thank you to Josh and his team. You made a very stressful and emotional move manageable .

I needed a heavy dresser moved to another floor of my home. I have a staircase that turns. Tim and Casey showed up, moved the dresser with ease, even through the baby gate! They were pleasant, quick, and skilled. I appreciated their attentiveness to my white walls! I will definitely use this company again!

The movers couldn't get my sofa in the door. They refused to try another door and refused to bring it back to the location it came from so they left it in the yard. I called a few two friends who were able to get the sofa in. For $700 I expected more. I never called to complain, so that is on me. It was a busy time and I was angry.

Used Latham for our local move. They got the job done in two days. Packed up house Day 1 and moved us into new house Day 2. The team of movers was professional, timely, careful with our items, and attentive to how we wanted items placed in the new house. Would recommend them to anyone.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Latham made my relocation an absolute breeze. The service was was above an beyond what most "professional" moving companies could pull off. The relocation was quite complex with multiple stops plus storage. The team was extremely careful with all items that were being moved. They were prepared and ready to work. The office administrator clearly communicated what needed to be done. There were no hidden fees or surprises and as a business professional this is truly appreciated. Exceptional service through and through. If you are moving within CT I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Latham!

Not only did they destroy a year old king mattress that was in storage and they obviously didn’t store it properly. Now I have just learned that they didn’t deliver the right arm facing loveseat that goes with my sectional. They think they are above it all. I will NEVER NEVER EVER USE THEY AGAIN, and I hope you don’t… the picture you see is my very distorted king mattress….

I contacted HA Latham for an in-house move. We had extremely large couches that my husband and I could not figure out how to get through a doorway, additionally they were extremely heavy. HA Latham was able to schedule us within a few days at a very reasonable price, comparatively. The two men they sent out were polite, professional, and got the job done very quickly and made it look easy! I would recommend them to anyone and I would not hesitate to use this company for a future move. .

This is my second experience with Latham and I cannot say enough about how efficient, pleasant, professional, and fairly priced they were. The first time I asked if they would move a piano for me from NJ to CT and they obliged by adding it to a truck that was coming north. This time they moved everything in the house to another house--quicker than I could believe!--carefully and efficiently. Thank you Latham. I would recommend with NO reservations.
