One of the most beautiful experiences of my life.
I must say that I have always been fascinated by parks like this but unfortunately where I live, in Italy, they are only for children and therefore an adult cannot get the satisfaction of bouncing around in a bouncy castle. So I took the opportunity with my fiancée of a trip to Glasgow to realise this dream of mine that I had been keeping locked in the drawer for many years.
Fantastic experience, we arrived at 10 am on a Saturday (we had booked) and at the start of the session we were practically alone (fantastic!). Later more people arrived but the park is big and there are no problems with confined spaces. We were there for a total of 2 hours and I have to say that as timing goes. The park is clean and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help; there is always someone there to check that everyone is bouncing safely.
If I were to find something to improve it would definitely be the addition of some changing cubicles before and after the bouncing session.
Absolutely recommended for children but also for adults who, like me, were a bit of a child inside.
I will definitely return there in the future.

PS. At the end of the session I also managed to buy a beautiful bag.

Place was great for our 2 and 3 year old in our group. The 10 year old thought it was okay but not the best she has seen. It isn't massive but big enough to enjoy for about an hour. I would say after the hour you would start getting a bit bored.

There is a toddler/baby bit that is sectioned off to the rest of the inflatable which was a win win for our kids that where not as confident at first. As for the big bit, there's an obstacle course, a couple of slides and a bounce bit but other than that that was pretty much it.

The staff are all welcoming and helpful, toilets are clean and sanitary.

They do not sell food items such as chips. They sell hotdogs and a beef burger. They do however have a large cake, coffee/tea and crisp selection. ( I have pictured the menu below ). They're menu isn't expensive.

Overall, I would definitely recommend to others that had smaller children as the younger kids with us did have a great wee day.

The adult sessions that they offer are amazing!!! Went to the first one and the ladies hosting it were absolutely wonderful, they honestly couldnt have been any better. They went over all of the rules and safety then we got to play some games. We were a bit skeptical at first but once you're in its actually really fun and you can let your inner child out. We ended up playing cops and robbers but were too tired for duck duck goose (unfortunately). The staff made sure that we were all having rest times inbetween the games and brought us out water at the end which was amazing. There was loads of different sections to the inflatables such as a ball pit, a climbing wall and an obstacle course which were all really fun and made great hiding places. We will definitely be going back because it was so fun and the staff were a great sport. Thank you so much for having us!

Visited today and the general manager was very engaged and helpful when our smallest boy refused to go into the play areas. Food isn’t cheap but when there was a small problem with a pizza, we had a replacement immediately as well as having the original, slightly damaged one! Thanks

Freezing cold inside we all had to sit with our Jackets hats and gloves on, water pouring through various parts of the ceiling with buckets collecting water. Parts of the inflatables closed off due to flooding but no partial refunds offered for restricted use. Food served freezing cold, milk rationed to 3 tiny tubs per large tea. I felt sorry for the staff who were also freezing and videoing the water pouring in the roof and communicating with the owner to show how dangerous it was. The staff were very pleasant and apologised for how cold it was (the only positive).

First time coming here with the kids. From the moment we entered Willem made us feel extremely welcome and even gave us an extra hours jump due to it being 2for1. After entering into the main area Siobhan was very welcoming and interacted with the kids and also asked us if we needed anything to approach her. The place had a few other customers then it was only me and my little family jumping. The best experience and fun ever had so much better than wonderworld had an amazing workout too. Definitely coming back here. Thanks from Falkirk.

Very tidy and clean place for kids , not to much choice to play for kids just bouncing thing but still good enough for grown up kids about 5 to 14 year old.

Everything is good but not when it comes to the price, adults need to pay anyways.
Me and my 4 years old both were £17.
