I wish I could give a better review than two stars, but I was charged for gear that I never received since their “records” said it was given to me. Everything up until this point was great, minus a malfunction with a sleeping bag, and I would’ve recommended any student to use outdoor recreation for their own trips, if it wasn't for this. I explained that I never received it, but they did not listen. Now, I am forced to pay for something I never received after I was already inconvenienced for not having it during my trip.

Rented some stand up paddleboards recently, very high quality equipment at a reasonable price, and staff were super-flexible about pick-up and return. Highly recommend!
