For the price we paid for the room I am definitely pleased. The rooms were clean the perfect size. I also want to take a moment to talk about the amazing service we received from Victor at the front desk. We spoke to him over the phone before we checked in and his customer service and communication were exceptional from that moment until we checked out. He was professional, friendly, and provided great accurate recommendations for the area. Victor made our stay THAT much better. Thank you Victor!

My check in was easy but they gave me a room for the hearing impaired with a doorbell so I went back downstairs and requested a different room. The manager was excellent and in fact my friend and I took him out to eat for dinner on his break. WE had a lot in common. ||I only ate one meal at the restaurant and that was breakfast and each of the hot items were cold including the eggs, french toast and bacon - for $20 I expect better. And the french toast was not good, with just tough bread - they did have flavored creams though for the coffee and that was a treat. My suggestion is that they have a continental breakfast for a lesser cost for people on the move. ||My room was excellent with a great couch, two tvs and plenty of storage and hanging space - the heater was more like a heat pump in that it brought in cold air and converted it to heat - but the room warmed up nicely. The bathroom was well stocked and the room was quiet for all three of my nights.

Booked via Hyatt for 117$US per night for 4 nights. ||Checked in late around 7h30PM and room was ready. Staff were friendly during check in. ||Room was decent size with living room area with sofa and TV, as well as bedroom area with king bed, 2nd LCD TV with plenty of channels, good work area, fridge, microwave, nice bathroom with shower stall. Very nice view of towers closeby. ||I did not use restaurant (20$+ buffet menu which looked more like a choice hotels buffet...this used to be a Cambria) or parking. Plenty of restaurants around and Giant supermarket one block away. Nice gym on premise and a lovely deck on roof.||less than 10 minutes walk to Convention Center metro station||Good overall.

What a lovely hotel! We recently stayed for a special occasion and were able to relax and enjoy 2 nights with no hiccups or issues!
Staff at reception are funny, helpful and kind. Free breakfast came with our room and we loved that! It was a great food spread.
The room is so spacious and well air controlled. Not a lot of noise from outside.
Centrally located for restaurants and other activities! Be sure to enjoy the happy hour and rooftop sunset!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and well within walking distance to the main sights-around 30 minutes.|We parked in the public car park next to the hotel car park and saved ourselves around $50. Grocery store practically next door.|The room was spacious-2 separate areas with en-suite - clean and in good condition.|We would definitely stay again.

This is a terrible hotel, don’t stay here. I’m here right now. To come into the hotel you walk into a small glass enclosure, use your key card, and have to either go up an elevator or stairs to get to the lobby. The lobby is tiny and looks like the 1970s. The elevators are dinged up, terrible looking, and smell like piss. My room did not get cleaned, even though they told me it would. There’s no spare toilet paper roll, and I have no toilet paper tonight. They have only one person on duty, and she can’t bring any up. I haven’t been this dissatisfied in a hotel in years.

I've spent the last two months here while my newborn daughter has been at the children's hospital.

The staff have been nothing short of fantastic. They've shown incredible empathy and have been very accommodating. The hotel is being renovated in the next few months, so I expect an even better experience the next time we have to stay here.

There aren't many hotels in the area with built in garage, restaurant, and a staff as great as this one. Stay here with confidence!

Wonderful staff and location! Beautiful lobby and comfortable spacious rooms with microwave, frig and comfy furniture. I especially love the free breakfast. The location is ideal as there are great places to eat - all walkable. I’m looking forward to staying here for my next trip to DC. Enjoy!
