Terrible experience- never did the reservation and I was stuck after driving 4 hours with my daughter for her soccer tournament. They STILL haven’t refunded me. Shame on them. Treating regular folks like this. I would encourage all to not use this service.

UPDATED-they have since escalated this and processed my refund and will offer me a voucher. Appreciate the diligence there. Unfortunate it took all these steps to resolve but it did .

We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was hot and ready early so that we could eat and get out the door to make it to our daughter’s cross country meet. Love the site and convenience of finding hotels close to the site of the sporting event!

I reserved a room, (that was listed as a 3 star hotel and it was by far less than a ONE star hotel) received confirmation email and everything I needed. Arrived at the hotel at 9:30PM. The lady at the front desk could not find my reservation anywhere. And the hotel was completely booked. I contacted customer service and was told they "forgot to send the reservation." I was told she was trying to call the hotel but could not get through. I was standing there the entire time and phone NEVER rang once. There solution was they would have a manager contact me with 24 HOURS to resolve it. Mind you im still sitting in the lobby with my kids. And no rooms available. I told fine, i will just find a different hotel. They said i would still be charged for the hotel since I didn't cancel in time. Although...there was no reservation to cancel I ended up having to cancel my debit card on day one of our trip to avoid them taking the money for a service they could not provide. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I understand mistakes happen, but there was absolutely nothing they could tell me, other than they still had to charge my card.

Was very satisfied with our stay, the staff was excellent, as well as the service. They are on top of everything, clean linens and kept our room serviced the whole time.
It was convenient to all the shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit.
Very clean, we will stay there in the future.

The hotel is very clean and lovely. Unfortunately, I had a very difficult first encounter with the person at the front desk when I checked in. I travel a lot and have never been dealt with so much attitude which was how he described himself because he was being so difficult. Once my situation was cleared up, everything was very good. We liked the modern design of our room and hotel and breakfast was also very good too. Sadly, a pair of underwear was left in our washroom from a previous guest and never taken care of. Even though we experienced these hiccups, I would return because the price and location were very good.

By far the worst experience ever. I booked a hotel through hotels 4 teams. When I got there the room was dirty, the screen to the window was broken, and it smelled so bad. I checked out and let the front deck now what happened. They told me to call and see if I could get a refund for the other nights I had booked. I literally tried calling for 3 days, until someone emailed me to tell me I was not getting a refund because the hotel told them I had stayed there. I let them know what had happened and the hotel should have proof that I checked in and out on the same day. I never got a response. Save yourself the hassle because if anything goes wrong you're going to be at a loss.

Not a good experience. Tried to cancel my booking immediately after (with the insurance plan) and was told I needed a doctor’s note. Pretty user non-friendly

I've been using Hotel for Teams since both of my daughters have been playing softball. We've traveled to many places and I've always been able to count on this site to give me the best deal available while also being able to find the hotels closest to all of the venues without having any difficulty having to search through different sights. Thanks for all your help and I will continue using your site in the near future!
