I understand that you must rely on the pilot to know the best and safest way to have your flight. My friend and I have been trying to book a flight for months now. She lives in NY & I live in PA so coordination is quite difficult. Previously we were told by the pilot Robin that we should first call at 8:30pm and she would let us know the forecast. Unfortunately that first time it wasn't looking good at all but understanding our circumstances with coordination she agreed to have us call first thing in the morning giving us enough time to cancel or it would be a go and we could travel & make it there on time. She seemed very accommodating the first time. However, this time the experience was NOT the same. Robin seem to forget who I was, where we were flying from and what our circumstances were. I understand she deals with a lot of people so I didn't mind at first. But when I tried to call back, several times, to discuss things she didn't even bother to call me back. In addition, she prematurely canceled the flight when there was clearly NO predicted bad weather. Having never received a call back from her I called the office at 8:40pm. At that time the flight was already canceled without even a call from anyone or the company. At that point again, there was NO bad weather predicted anywhere near the NJ or PA. At this point I'm furious that the flight was canceled this time again. Last time I understand and weather was definitely not good for flying. This time she called it prematurely for whatever reason and now we have to contact other companies to try and figure this out. I would NOT recommend this company for Robin's clear unprofessionalism in continuing to ignore my calls and not contact me back!!!!
