I am very impressed on how comfortable the bed was and wonderful soft sheets. I slept like a baby. They provided plenty of towels, all the shampoo , conditioner, body wash, and lotion you need, easily dispensed form. I will never run out of shampoo. And the Mirrors…..love the mirrors. They light up with a push of a button, in bathroom and full body size mirror in room . Room have 55’ TV with all channel hook up. Great quality, wonderful customer service, and easy access. Great touch of decor and furniture very functional.

The location is conveniently located- easy access to highway 101. The building was completely renovated not long ago. It is new and modern inside the room. The bed was large and bedding was comfortable. The manager was friendly, helpful and made sure the guest stay safe. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend it to other travelers.

Recently stayed at Avanti with my family, and I have to say, it’s a total hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable, making it easy for us to get a good night’s sleep after a busy day of sightseeing.

The service was amazing, especially from the manager, who was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He definitely made us feel right at home.

What really stood out, though, was how much the hotel offered for the price. We got way more than we expected, from the fast, reliable Wi-Fi to all the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra comfortable.

Overall, Hotel Avanti was the perfect spot for our family trip. It’s comfortable, affordable, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great place to stay, whether you're traveling for work or with family!

I had a great stay here and will definitely come back if I stay in the area again. The manager Shareth was incredibly kind and friendly, and the whole stay was very easy. The staff gave us some great local restaurant recommendations as well. The room was fairly small but still quite comfortable, with nice furnishings and a great mattress. Some street noise, but that was the case everywhere we went in town. This place is already very nice for its price point in my opinion, and when renovations are done I’m sure it will be even nicer!

My husband stayed here and was very happy with the room, clean and attractive. The service was incredible though- above and beyond. My husband has dementia and was lost, very lost and confused - it was already late evening when he managed to find this hotel. The manager and I spoke and I explained the situation. Particularly important was that his phone was charged and that he not leave the hotel before my son could get there the next day. All of these things were taken care of by the manager who kept me updated by text. We were treated as if we were family. I could go on but really go and stay here. You couldn’t be in better hands.

This is a hidden gem in Santa Maria, full renovation underway and I had an opportunity to stay in one of their new rooms, modern, stylish, and comfortable. Some nice touches coming along for the lobby and surrounding property! Sharath was easy to work with as they inject new life into this hotel.

Still staying here now and it has been the worst place I have ever stayed!!! Not an exaggeration at all!! The front desk hospitality is awful and they lie when they say they will help you!!! We can’t even watch cable because there WiFi does not work!! They tried making this place into a fancy place but they lac good service!! False advertising with bed sizes as well they offer you a king bed but in reality it is a queen bed! When you let them know about the issues you have they get mad at you like if it’s your fault things don’t work right! The Ac does not work at all!! They don’t even offer coffee in the office and it smells very bad in there as well!! Worst place to stay at if you want better service your better off staying at motel 6 they at least fix the problems and don’t ignore you or treat you badly!
