We stayed here for the weekend of the Air Show at Santa Maria Airport. The prices were very good for the location. Upon arrival we presented our reservation that had a check in time of 12-4pm, but on the updated websites check-in was 3pm. The management staff honored the error and were very helpful, not even push-back. Just an apology for the error and honored it, and the entire staff that was there that we interacted with was very polite and helpful. The room itself, the pillows we had were not very comfortable so the staff provided brand new never used pillows. Later in the evening I was met with a myriad of bugs in the bathroom and shower. We informed the staff of this the next day, they immediately placed us in a bigger room apologized and as soon as all our stuff was out they were cleaning that room out. This is a new management team that is trying really hard to bring this place up to a better quality. They were in the process of cleaning up rooms and improving them when we got there so I know they are making things better.

Been meaning to come here to write this but haven't gotten a chance... Myself and my family stayed here for about two weeks while we were in between houses a few weeks back and the room we were given was perfect for us. Cleaning ladies were nice and the manager is awesome. He was sympathetic to our situation and was very accommodating. Literally the only bad thing I have to say is that people drive in and out louder than I'd like to hear but how can they stop that?. ‍♀️ Other than that I'd absolutely stay there again and will have my family stay here when they're down from out of town and need a place to stay. Can't beat the price either. Great deal! I learned for this place to NOT go through the booking sites. Go directly through them.

The front desk was friendly. The beds were very hard. The room had an odd scent over all. The back window was broken and could not lock. the shower Water ran cold. The maintenance came to work on it but it only stayed warm for 30 seconds. The TV was not working the next day, turns out that the batteries were dead on the remote. in the early hours of the morning the fire detector /smoke detector was beeping. Did not get any sleep. And the Wi-Fi connection was very weak. They were attentive to every concern. Not a comfortable stay.

This place definitely deserves 5 stars across the board. It’s a very clean and quiet town and country Inn with standard amenities for a good night rest if you’re in the Santa Maria California area. The room and clean and well maintained, bed are super comfortable and towels are clean and always available upon request. Staff are extremely friendly and kind. The breakfast in the office are very simple and good enough for someone on the go. Coffee and toast with a hard boiled egg, very delicious and sufficient. The room rates are very inexpensive for what you really getting and it’s really in my opinion a deal. I really enjoyed my stay here and will happily return in the future. Thank you ?

In my personal experience everything from the front desk to my room was excellent. I stayed here for a weekend and had no issues and for the rate no complaints. Ill be booking my rooms here whenever I'm back in the SM area.

Last minute hotel that was the only place left in town and will now be my first go to place. Very spacey lot with comfy rooms. Gentleman at the front desk was very kind and even gave some great food recommendations.

Owners are very nice, Professional & attentive. Room was clean but maids need to be more detailed on cleaning & maintenance. Also, several guests just hanging out of rooms with doors open. Odd activities looks bad, first impression. All in all, we would stay again but the atmosphere had me concerned for my wife's safety while I was out on site.

Not too bad for the price. Spacious, everything worked, nice vinyl flooring. The paint looked done hastily. There a few things that could use a touch up and the light creeping in from the door means it's not properly sealed, but there's a heater, and an air conditioner that worked (almost too well). The bed was stiffer than I'm used to (i have a purple mattress at home) and they hung the toilet paper up backwards.
