I stayed here one night. The room was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The cabinets were well stocked with dishes. They had an area by the front desk where you could borrow kitchen appliances like a a slow cooker. The staff were nice during check in. I would stay here for a longer stay in the future.

I was checking out the Santa Maria area and stayed in the one bedroom suite. It had a comfortable bed. It has a clean kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Sofa needed some work. Housekeeping will only be on check out. Perhaps it is more geared to long term stays. I did not use housekeeping but don't expect it during a stay. The place is looking dated and not the bright and airy from the pictures from the website. There is a free laundry area that you can sign up for. You will have to buy your own soap. They have very quiet rooms. They have a good mini convenient store. This is a great location between coast and wine country. Local strip of shops that have fast food nearby but you will have to drive more for any good sit down restaurants but right off the highway so it's an easy location. It's a good value for CA. There is no pool or hot tub. The front desk was nice and helpful.

Positive: The room was clean. Negative: The staff wore street clothes so they were hard to recognize. They don?t have pet free rooms. They need to upgrade and replace some of the older hardware in the room.

If I could give this place less than a star I would. First night checked in it was around 6p. We noticed that the room had a beep every minute. The ceilings were high and we assumed it was the smoke detector. Talked to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. Like, what? Really? Why are you here then? They said maintenance left. Who cares. Its only a smoke detector. Its 6pm. Get a ladder. Switch us rooms. I've been a property manager for 15 years, short term and long term rentals. The purpose of a rental is a place to sleep. Anyone who knows the chirping sound knows that keeps you up all night. Doesn't take an electrical engineer to fix. The lack of service or interest from this place was shocking. We couldn't cancel the reservation and go somewhere else because it was a work trip and already paid for. Train your staff on basic property maintenance.

I mean, they must not have maintenance people or something, all the faucet handles are loose, the bathroom light didn't work, the bed was kinda hard, and the furniture is a little dated. The room was on the highway side, so noise all night. the elevator is so slow and small.

I stood here last Sat. Night easy access off freeway. Immediately greeted pleasantly by Dee. She is cordial and efficient. We got a room on third floor. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, stocked pots, pans, and dishes. Very clean and quiet. Dee called us to check if everything was fine with our room to our liking. I forgot my phone charger at home and they lend me one from front desk until Sunday morning. Great team here and would definitely stay again!

I decided to stay here very last minute and I am not mad I did. I was traveling 101 N and location was perfect and not far off the freeway. The bathroom was one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen at a hotel, so that is a huge A+. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing was that somewhat surprised me was that we had a DVD player in the room. I hadn't use the DVD player in so long it brought back some level of nostalgia, but at the same time in terms of convenience, a smart TV is always preferred.

Rooms are clean and quite. Stay for work/job site so it was nice to have a kitchen in the room. The full size refrigerator was a welcome surprise. BBQ was nice to use too. Staff super nice and helpful. Parking free so that was good too.
