We made a reservation on May 26th 2023 and my Wife Jackie hurt her back that night, She called the owner Wendy on the next day to cancel the reservation. She was very rude and said she would not refund our $802.00. We fill that she booked the place to someone else and ripped us off. W have called her several times and got no where. She is a terrible host and we would never book this place. We also called VRBO and they called her 3 times and still got nothing.

We really enjoyed our stay here in 9C with a wonderful view of the lake. The only thing that would have made it better was less rain, but that cannot be helped. Definitely recommend you rent an available condo here. I love the face that it is gated with access codes and ia very clean. The condo is furnished with all basic home items you need for your stay.

I was not impressed with this place. There is mold on the shower curtain and the shower mat. It didn't have that fresh clean smell when we walked in either. I wont be recommending this place to anyone. We payed over $550 for 3 night and I could get a nice hotel and not have to clean for that price. Plus it didn't say anything about stairs on the ad but when I got the first email after they took out the first payment it mentioned it. By then we could only get a partial refund.

The inside and outside are beautiful. Great location and everything was clean.
But they only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people and no trash bags? Also this vrbo doesn't supply soap or shampoo, had to run to the store at 10 pm.
