I normally love it! This time, not so much. It used to have a very inviting and cozy feel. Now, it feels like a shell. A couch, bed, and small kitchen table. I woke up to construction 2 mornings.. normally wouldn't care. 5 nights, and I left after 4. No sleep. Out of their control or not.. I get it.

Rented this little cottage for two nights. Quaint peaceful area on the lake at Edgewater Resort. Clean, cozy and perfect for two people. Beautiful sunsets, ducks, close to shopping, tourist areas, etc.

We brought our 4 month old puppy and he loved it! Happy that it was pet friendly. The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to stay two hours later than checkout- thank you!! The housecleaning lady came by and introduced herself and even played with Arlo, our puppy. ?

The only negative - lots of dog poop all over the yard area by the firepit. I had to pick up quite a bit to avoid us stepping in it. Of course there's a sign asking people to clean up after their pets and they provide bags and a garbage can right in the yard area. So clearly there were some lazy pet owners prior to us!

Other than this, we would definitely stay here again and even talked about coming back when we could spend more time there.

Super clean, so relaxing, absolutely quiet at night, Walmart, Olive Garden, La Hacienda and MORE only 5 min. drive or less. This was so lovely and the sunny day so perfect that we changed our plans and stayed out on the deck all day. Grilled hot dogs for lunch and fished off the deck! Caught several! - but threw them all back in! We will be back.
