Kyle and Homestead Management have been an excellent partner for me at my property. They onboarded on short order a 60+ unit site, handling multiple balls in the area quickly and effectively. Kyle has shown his ability to be a very strong property manager in multiple ways. He has an ownership mentality and can balance the needs of maintaining an excellent property for the residents while keeping in mind ownership P&L. He has also maintained good relations with the residents, which translates in less issues / complaints and lower turnover. Anyone in real estate knows that finding a good property management isn't an easy task and can make or break your investment, and I cannot recommend Homestead Management enough. I fully expect to have Kyle and his team manage additional properties of mine as I scale in the area.

Whether it's a call and leaving a message or sending an email or text they are very prompt on getting back to you. Kyle the gentleman that showed me the apartment was very nice and has a great personality and worth ethics. Kyle made sure that all my questions were answered. Mind you I haven't heard back to weather I got the apartment or not because they had other people to show it to also. I would highly recommend Homestead Management and Kyle if anyone is looking for a place.
