Our experience at this hotel started great with the front desk staff member, she was friendly kind thoughtful respectful,, looked us in the eye and smiled a lot. Then she gave us a room on the first floor close to the front desk so we didn't have to walk forever. It was close to the dining and the fitness room so that made it easy. The staff member in the dining area was also extra nice not busy cleaning but looking at us and helping us with everything we might need. One of the greatest things was the shower. Great showerhead with lots of water and not hard spray just a perfect nice shower. Great towels great bed great blankets great TV. We will definitely stay there again and again you won't be disappointed it was very clean also. Oh and the coffee was good. And the oatmeal was great. The staff was wonderful! I think that made the biggest difference. They made us feel at home.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Seabrook! From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Their professionalism and friendliness made the check-in process a breeze.

The rooms were absolutely spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in their work because every detail was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities, including a great workspace and fast Wi-Fi.

The complimentary breakfast was far better than I expected for a hotel. It had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and yogurt to warm, delicious eggs and pancakes. Everything was well-stocked and tasted fresh, making for a great start to the day.

What really stood out to me was the overall atmosphere. The property felt safe, quiet, and well-maintained. I didn’t encounter any disruptive guests, and the staff made sure everyone felt cared for and comfortable.

It’s clear that the management and team take pride in ensuring every guest has an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Seabrook to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-run hotel experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Surprised at how modern the hotel & room were. The bed was comfortable, tv worked well (no access to Netflix or other subscription services,) but had a nice desk area as well as a comfortable chaise lounge. Heat worked well as it was a cold & rainy day. Free Breakfast was nice with variety for those who may not eat the prepared food. Staff could get some training in courtesy but generally was a nice 1 night stay.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Seabrook, NH, provides very good value for the money paid; it is one of the less expensive options in the northeast Massachusetts/southeast New Hampshire area. The hotel is very clean and has been kept up well; we previously stayed there in 2015 and 2016. The staff is very helpful

This was the first time we were in a king room instead of a one-bedroom suite, and some of the room furnishing choices leave to be desired. There are only two drawers, and while they are spacious, they are also at ground level so that you have to stoop or kneel to access them. On top of them is a larger-than-normal surface that gives you expanded room for placing suitcases. More drawers would have been more helpful; even the nightstands on each side of the bed lack drawers..

Additionally, while this has become common in post-COVID times and so is not management's fault, the absence of pen and notepad, and the replacement of individual soap bars and shampoo with common dispensers, is disappointing

In terms of breakfast, in general there is the usual wide variety of choices you expect at any given Holiday Inn Express. That means the breakfast is always very good. However, there wasn't as much variety in the hot items over the three days as I'd expect, and the oatmeal always seemed undercooked.

Even with these (relatively minor) weaknesses, the Seabrook Holiday Inn Express is a very good value for the money. The beds are very comfortable.

Stayed here many times, always good but recent renovations are great. Very clean and functional room! Nice big swing out TV, Keurig coffee maker! Nice clean closet with safe, new bed, tiled floors, just great.

I had a highly disappointing stay at Holiday Inn Hampton South Seabrook. Upon arrival at midnight, there was no staff available to check us in. We were left stranded for over an hour and a half (12:00 AM - 1:30 AM), forced to spend this time on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue. This was an unacceptable start to the stay.

The issues continued in our room. The bed sheets were visibly stained, and we couldn’t get replacements until the next morning due to a staffing shortage. Additionally, the shower took several minutes to warm up and never reached a sufficient temperature, making it an unpleasant experience.

Throughout the stay, the staff failed to acknowledge or apologize for these problems. It wasn’t until the very end of our stay that there was any acknowledgment of the inconveniences we faced.

The only positive aspect of the experience was the continental breakfast, which was well-prepared and enjoyable. However, this single highlight doesn’t make up for the numerous issues encountered during our stay.

Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to staffing and service.

1st class, just like new fresh and clean facility. Priti, the receptionist, fantastic. Host for breakfast excellent. One of our best Express experiences on the east coast, certainly in New England. Rooms were spotless. Very wel managed.

Positive: Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices. Negative: Your idea of accessible did not match mine. Wanted shower stall not tub. Also need grab bars in shower. Did not need shower chair. Also, nothing to help prevent slipping on tub floor. Very disappointed!
