Urine smell in room amd hallway was gross. Old and broken lamps, bathroom was rusty and broken parts. So out of date. Worst ihg hotel I have stayed at. Buyer beware. This is amd 1 star at best. Old blinds, old tv. Just gross. The only good part was I could check out without touching anything.

Had a double king bed, no smoking room. It was right across from a maintenance room where they hammered all day long. The room was not clean. Carpet was filthy and made my socks gross. The air conditioner unit leaked the whole time and the floor was a puddle underneath it. The tub enamel had holes in it, the wallpaper was patched. Super disappointing upkeep. Never again!

Room 106. Rusty tub! Nasty tub drain missing hardware!! Cheap paper covered tub surround worn through!! No clothes hook in bath! Stupid wall impeding front door access. Beds were good. $50 hotel plus $200 name.

The room we had was very large which was nice. Service was good as well. Location was fine, near the highway so something to note if street noise bothers you. My biggest complaint is the bathroom. It was very small, had mold growing on the ceiling, the shower head was coming loose from the wall, and the outlet looked to be corroded. I emailed this list to them afterwards but haven’t heard back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The entire staff was exceptional, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast that was included. We were on a long road trip (5,000 miles) staying in many hotels and this had the best Holiday Inn Express & Suites breakfast,. Food was hot, fresh, well prepared and a staff that kept the area clean throughout dining area. Thank you.

Food not so great we stayed here because we went to Missouri to tour a camp called Barnabas for special needs people nice hotel overall the omlet tasted of sanitizer maybe the supplier needs changing no offense but we also came for a vacay a small one

Great Service!!

I called a Holiday Inn corporate booking department to book a reservation. Ended up cancelling the reservation on the same call. The person at corporate forgot to cancel it. I was charged. I called first thing in the morning. Corey was super helpful and understanding. Called her boss to verify what to do. They refunded me the money and had expert customer service and care. I didn't stay here but after my stay at they Hyatt I wish I had chose the cheaper room across town.

Positive: "" Negative: Upon arriving to our room, the bathroom was filthy. Hair all over the side walls of the shower. We told to the front desk and they said they would send someone to clean it. No one ever came. We stayed 3 nights. The hair remained on the shower wall.
