DELICIOUS!!!! We used Karla and Jeremy’s catering service (Carmelitas Catering) for our wedding last February and have been looking forward to the debut of their restaurant! Once again they nailed it! Our food was excellent and the service was stellar! Our Gorditas and Torta (both with carne asada) blew us away! The rice had so much flavor and the beans were rich, way better than any place I have tried! The corn tortillas from my Gorditas were so fresh and soft and the bread on the Torta was so fluffy! The salsas were very tasty, too! The Chile de arbol was spicy enough to keep you on your toes, the avocado tomatillo was smooth and creamy, and the salsa verde was tangy and bright! They even surprised us with a scrumptious piece of Tres Leches cake to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be regulars here!

I’ve visited 4 times now and the tacos dorados are my fave! The shells are perfectly crunchy and the flavor is excellent! We ordered for our whole office for a lunch meeting and everyone was very pleased with their meal.

The drive thru option is nice for lunch but I’m looking forward to dining in soon! You have to wait just a little for your order for drive thru but that’s to be expected for fresh cooked tacos… it’s worth it!

It’s also nice to see that they pay attention to detail! The colors, flavors and little hand written note on our bag was thoughtful too. Looking forward to my next trip to Carmelita’s!

Carmelita Catering is truly the best! They did our Welcome party and wedding food and 2 months later we are still getting compliments. The team was so flexible, accommodating and willing to make all my ideas work. Such as fresh oysters and shrimp cocktail as a passed appetizer. 10/10 recommend!!!

Karla and Jeremy and their team were fantastic! Listen stop searching around for your catering needs because Carmelita Catering is IT! We booked Carmelita Catering for our NWA wedding - hors d'oeuvres and the main meal. Omg the food was *chefs kiss* delicious! At the tasting and at the wedding! The quality of the ingredients you can absolutely taste! My husband and I are foodies and we wanted to be sure we had amazing tasting food at our wedding - Carmelita Catering delivered! They were able to pass out items from the Mexican menu during cocktail hour and then serve from the Americana menu for dinner - we have guests that are still talking about the amazing food. Some adjustments on the heat/spice level of some of the appetizers were made after we did a tasting - flexibility was greatly appreciated. It's so hard to choose what was our favorite food item that we selected to be served on our day because truly and honestly all of it tasted amazing - Great and prompt communication process leading up to our tasting, after our tasting and a month before the big day. One of our top and favorite vendors that we selected for our big day and we wish Karla and Jeremy the absolute best!

Karla and her husband catered my wedding back in August. The prep up to the day was unmatched. They took time to meet with us on 3 different occasions so that we were all on the same page. My husband and I think about the meal at our wedding all the time, and wish we could go back. The tacos were incredible. When I asked Karla about a queso fountain, she embraced the idea and it really pushed the whole wedding to the next level! Highly recommend these sweet people for any event!
