Tawanna at the front desk was busy on the phone as the lobby was filling up, but still managed to quickly check me in ~ very much appreciated after a long day on the road. Kudos also to friendly & efficient Theresa who sent me off the next morning with a smile. Automatic front doors over covered entry, plenty of luggage carts and two zippy elevators made transporting luggage a breeze and I was soon settled into a very nice room. Spotless & spacious w/fridge/micro & in room coffee. Free wifi with ample signal. Bathroom was sparkling clean. After a nice hot shower I melted off to sleep on super comfortable bed with lovely linens & lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Oh! Forgot to mention how much I enjoyed some nachos from their complimentary in-house "happy hour." Continental breakfast was well tended & I was delighted to get "real" oatmeal rather than the usual sugar laden instant packets, yay !!! Everything was top notch & I'll definitely be back 🙂

We’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn Express every year during the holidays while visiting family, but this time was disappointing. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par, and the breakfast? It left a lot to be desired.

The options were minimal, and the quality just wasn’t there. The muffins seemed far from fresh—so much so that we decided to skip breakfast entirely after the first try. For a brand we’ve relied on before, this visit fell below expectations.

Next year, we’ll likely book elsewhere, even if it costs a little more. To the manager: Small improvements in cleanliness and breakfast quality could make a big difference.

Enjoyed our stay in Feb 2025. Very clean lobby and rooms. Friendly staff. The pool was clean (a bit chilly, but good) the breakfast was simple, but the quality was good. I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express in the Bradley Bourbonnais area.

This was a perfect place to spend the night before heading into the Chicago area the next day. Super easy check-in, very clean and comfortable room, strong wifi, good breakfast. It's a little tucked away, although it is right on the interstate, but it's definitely worth the visit.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and been disappointed both times. We decided to try again because it’s the best reviewed hotel in the area. 1) We stayed for Christmas and my son stayed w my mom. During the the night he had a (minor) emergency and my sister tried to call us. The hotel would not put them through to our room for privacy reasons, and then the hotel told them they would call our room to let us know. They did not call us or knock on our door. My sister called three times and they were not helpful. Waking up the next morning to all the texts from my family was very scary. Luckily he was okay, but this was extremely disappointing. 2. The workout room was incredibly warm. Both my wife and I complained and we were told it was a “common complaint” but there was nothing they could do. Management wouldn’t allow for cooler temps. 3. One of the elevators’ inspection is out of date. 4. There were weird stains on the carpeting in our room. 5. It’s not a huge deal, but the pancake machine was out of order. Our kids like the machine and it is a reason we choose these hotels. But they’re always out of order.

We have stayed here many times in the last several years and are always pleased with the hotel. Rooms have always been very clean and all staff members have always bern pleasant and friendly.

Have no problem recommending this hotel.

This is my main stay hotel for business in the area. The staff is great and the hotel is clean and visually in good condition. My only issue is an important one - the mattress was sooo uncomfortable. It was visually sloped in one direction and worn down. It was hard and it was difficult to sleep through the night. The mattress topper was very thin and provided no comfort. Time to do a mattress upgrade, at least in room 209.

We arrived to a very friendly reception staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very helpful. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The shower was also good. The breakfast was very enjoyable and changed menu from day to day. The lady in charge of breakfast was very helpful and made certain everything was in order. We could not fault our stay and thank the staff.
