I was a party of one that chose to sit at the bar. The initial bartender was very friendly and I gave her some help in making a Negroni and that went well. I ate had the Mussels appetizer, the Seafood Risotto and the tiramisu. The mussels were fairly fresh, but the sauce was just kind of bland. The risotto was very good. Kinda of spendy, but had a lot of seafood and was a big serving. The tiramisu was pretty good.
My downsides for service and atmosphere were for when the second bartender showed up. She spent the first 15 minutes loudly and with colorful language describing how she had been “shorted money.” Not a good look or making for a good atmosphere. When the restaurant got busy towards 5:30, she quoted down and worked hard, but it was a little uncomfortable there for a while.
I’m trying to be fair, because I looked at many reviews from a couple of years ago and almost didn’t come here. However, the recent reviews led me to believe the management is desperately trying to make a better experience.
All in all, the food is good if a tad on the expensive side, but these days, you’ve probably come to expect that.

Disappointed that this was just a table in the lobby of the Best Western. No indication of the fancy bourbon the website mentions. Ordered one of their cocktail specials & poor bartender confessed she'd never made one before. Management needs take better care of their employees.

Dominique is amazing! She is so friendly and welcoming. We ordered 5 different cocktails and each recipe was delicious. We can't recommend the Bourbon Creek enough! Dominique makes this a must visit! The pizza, burger and garlic parm fries were delicious!

Karen was our waitress Monday night. She was very friendly and took great care of us. It was our daughter's birthday and at the end of our meal Karen brought a wonderful, hot cookie/ice cream creation in a small cast iron pan out for the Birthday girl...FREE! It was DELICIOUS...thanks Karen & Jake. Jake is the Chef and fixes terrific sandwiches and , fries, onion rings and salads! KUDOS to both Jake and Karen. Stop by the Bourbon Street Kitchen soon for some wonderful food.

I have visited Bourbon Creek a few times and I always receive great service! The food is made to order and served within a reasonable time. The menu has a lot of great options, and the bartender is always willing to make drinks that aren’t featured on the menu.
