We had a great experience working with Matt and the team at High Country Transportation. He was very easy to work with and they were super helpful and flexible when we had to make last minute changes as a result of Hurricane Helene. The vans were clean, the drivers were on top for all pick-ups/drop-offs and everything went off without a hitch!

I hired High Country Transportation for a few trips throughout Beech Mountain and Banner Elk with a group of friends. We had a brand-new Mercedes Sprinter, which was very safe and roomy. It was a pleasure to work with Mark on booking; he was incredibly responsive and detailed. Our drivers, Ken and Todd, were so kind and professional. Our group had the best experience with High Country Transportation, and we highly recommend!

Our venue was not the easiest to get to being on a windy and steep mountain road, but our guests gave great feedback about not only the safe driving but the pleasant interactions they had with the drivers. Matt and the staff at High Country Transportation were a joy to work with from the start. Matt was always quick to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, when COVID19 hit, I had to change my wedding from 100+ guests to just 15 and no longer required transportation services. However, Matt and his team were so kind and made sure we knew that if we needed anything that they would be there to assit us. Highly recommend using High Country Transportation for your wedding transportation needs.

Easy to schedule with and a good rate for their services. We had 12 people and they were in time with a very nice van/bus to drive over the mountain in the fog..Reggie, our driver, could not have been nicer and we all felt very safe. 5 Stars
