If I could give No stars I would. They totalled my car (Moses Cone, Greensboro NC) while I was rushing to see my husband with 3 kids in toe who had just had a heart attack! I recommend steering clear of this company.

I wanted to say that Mike and his team at the Burton , Michigan office they really know what they are doing! Patient care is amazing . Mike truly has a way with the patients and for that we are all greatful!!

If you value your vehicle in any way, steer clear. Especially the Moses Cone location in Greensboro. Management is incompetent and frankly useless. I hate to say it, but the bad service from the valet reflects poorly on the hospital. I’m not sure why they haven’t dismissed the company by this point.

I took my sister to an appointment at HCMC in Mpls MN today. I used this valet service. They lost my keys. They had keys loose in a drawer, keys laying on the desk, but not my keys. They thought they might have left them in some other car. After nearly an hour, I was handed a cell phone and told it was "his boss". He offered a taxi ride home or a locksmith to open the car door. My house key, my office key, my remote start were all on that ring. They were very clear they were not responsible for anything but my car key. No customer service and no compassion. After an hour one of the guys found my keys. My sister was just about out of oxygen and I was fuming. I asked about compensation and was told they would give me my $6 bucks back. Lousy service.

Valet ignored me and never stopped talking on his phone, even though I pulled up 3 times. Finally came out for the next person, and made me late for my appointment. Useless.

Wouldnt recommend at all I hope their contract with the hospital is dissolved soon. Absolutely awful, especially William. Incompetent. Location: Greensboro, NC Cone Hospital
