My husband, Bill, has been here for almost 2 weeks. Everyone is so kind and makes him feel very comfortable. However, after his stay of 5 weeks, the small sore on his heel became so large and also developed a large one on the side of the same leg. Wound care was horrible!! When he was released and came home, he ended up back in the hospital. These wounds were very badly infected. He is finally being treated properly and coming along. Our home care team is fabulous and knew he had to get back to the hospital.
