Unreliable and very unprofessional. I simply don’t know how they are rated very high when they do not go through with what they say. I was prepared, waiting outside with fellow dance teammates who were looking forward to a trip. Last minute we find out the the bus has been canceled with no heads up or even a call to let us know. After waiting for hours to connect with someone on the phone, they did not want to help or accommodate the inconvenience and mistake on their part. When asked for their boss or even the name of the person they were speaking to, they continuously pretended to act dumb and make up lies. The phone call ended abruptly when the person on the other line hung up the phone. I had a different experience than I had expected, and it wasn’t a positive one. Can we please shed light to this knock off service? It’s simply unacceptable.

GOGO charters had a great charter service that we used to go to Madison with 159 people. The bus was amazing was on time. Our driver Mike was a pro and very helpful for our charter in terms of knowing the area and driving safely
