This is an excellent motel for its price point. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh- an elusive quality in the value motel segment of accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the facility was surprisingly quiet. We slept very well and had no issues with insects or safety. The customer service was outstanding and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is a bit difficult to access because the streets are narrow. Water pressure was a bit low but the hot water was adequate for our needs and the ability to park right outside the door is paramount for us because of my husband’s mobility impairment. The manager went above and beyond . I would happily stay here again .

The rooms are very filthy roaches are everywhere . you have the people in your business such as the maids who clean.the rates are not the same for everyone. They are offering great service but you don't have any chance to receive that and the pool is not even considered as being acquirable for guests to cool off

Honestly, I would never stay here again. The rooms were dirty, outdated, and felt pretty "sketchy". Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Floors were filthy and turned our feet black with dirt. Towels and hangers seem like they just came from someone's house-- one towel was covered in what looked like old grease stains. I saw 2 roaches during our one night. Shower looked and felt like a jail shower, and was not clean. No dish for the bar of soap. The ice bucket had mold on it. AC was insanely loud. Signs posted at the counter insist that you only have 10 minute after check-in to get a refund. Area was not great. The only redeeming quality was that the bed was pretty comfortable. Spend your money elsewhere if you can!

What a gem! Staying here now. Super clean room, great heating, checkin a breeze. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on and very clean sheets. Ample toiletries. Very conveniently located with good parking. Highly recommend

Older run down motel in a less nice part of the city. Rooms are very old, and most linen is dirty. Comfortable beds, but that's about it. You get what you pay for. Booked 2 nights, didn't even sleep there for the second night due to the conditions. Wonderous how this place is still open. SAVE YOURSELF.
