Wonderful care from the ER intake worker all the way through discharge. Fort has become a top tier hospital. Kitchen is slow, but you can't win them all! Great patient care, well done!

After being admitted at the ER with abdominal, back, and shoulder pain, I was seen in a short period of time. Blood draws, EKG, Cat Scan, urine sample. Excellent staff of Dr. and nurses. In and out in 3 hours. Antibiotic prescription for a UTI. Very good care, with prompt attention

I had a complete knee replacement. Everyone that worked with me was exceptionally. They were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Things were not exactly on time, however I was informed when there was a delay and why. I couldn’t have asked for better care or a better surgeon.

This place advertises as an urgent care, but it is false advertisement. I live out of town and visited the hospital’s immediate care for a minor issue. Since I had to go into the Emergency Room area, I verified that I was being seen through the immediate care and the assistant said “yes”. The doctor was kind, but the appointment was lengthy. They billed my insurance $922 for the visit, leaving the balance owed by me $415. On 11/15/25, I called and spoke to Joseph to discuss the balance, as it was so high and more like an ER visit charge. He said they would investigate the charges and get back to me. I never heard back or received any further statements from them regarding the balance owed. I ended up paying the ridiculous charge. Do not use this facility for any immediate/urgent care needs. They misrepresent themselves to overcharge their patients.

Amber , Holly and Beth from the ob floor. There are others on the floor you are all great. Thank you, I appreciate all of you, Ambulatory, all of the nurses make me feel great. From the moment you come in Heather is great, Mell is so awesome she makes me feel so comfortable. Jess you are great, Miranda thank you for listening to me and that helps so much. I wouldn't evan take my dog there , 2 times I've been there left and went to monroe hospital and was admitted. Today I went there with Severe bronical infection , no help go home I've been fighting this since Wednesday last week . If I don't take tylenol I feel like my head's and face going to explode. Spitting up yellow thick mucus. Coughing to the point of throwing up .. it's like a slap in the face go home and die once again .. 2 days later, Do we not pay attention to a medicine listed, tell me take a medicine that can't mixed with my medicine causing me Saratonin syndrome . I didn't know this to I went to another hospital thinking I was having a stroke to find out , the medicine mix was extremely dangerous. Yall, are money hungry.. I won't Evan call a emt to transport me to a hospital, because they will only take me to fort .. so I gotta drive , so hope I never is a serious need of a emt . I am dying either way I go ...

Been to er/urgent care multiple times within the past few months for re occuring MRSA infection. I Went to be seen today for the same issue, they refused to drain my abcess or even properly swab the wound. They also neglected to do any labs or address the re occuring issue.
The "doctor" was in the room less than five minutes and the staff was extremely rude. I Waited in the waiting room for HOURS and I wasn't even put in a normal hospital room. They put me in a conference room.

Every time I have been here it has been a really long wait in the waiting room. Like 2 hours. One time it was late at night, only one or two people other that us and it still took over an hour. However no shortage of staff at nurses station it seems... Today there was a patient laying on the floor in the waiting room,,, one of the other patrons got him a wheelchair, while the nurse at the reception counter couldn't be bothered. Go to Watertown, or somewhere else. I could go on. I've been there 7 or 8 times. I always leave there mad. I mean, they're nice enough facefront, but that doesn't change the fact that they suck.
