What a fabulous place to take in Indian Rocks Beach! it's own waterfront dock to sit and watch the local nature, a few minutes walk to the fantastic beach, it's an old building with bags of charm and all amenities you will need, but don't expect central(quiet) A/C, or every light switch to be where you expect it to be, hire yourself a kayak or something bigger for your stay you won't regret it, we have stayed here a few times now and it's our first choice when we plan our trips from the UK

We went the second week of March. Not too hot, not too cold. The temperature was just right for my preference.
We stayed in unit 44 and the pink kitchen accents were a delightful bonus for me and my Mom and daughters.
Even though this unit is beachfront, my opinion is that it’s worth paying the extra cash only fee for a stable umbrella that won’t blow away. And the lounge chairs are worth the expense as well since there is a lengthy walk across sand to reach the water. (Unless hauling equipment to save money is something you don’t mind. 😊 )
If you’re into Seashells, there’s lots of treasure to find on Treasure Island.

Fantastic!!! Went for a quick Mother’s Day getaway and it was amazing!!! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Right on the beach with many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Don’t miss out!! You won’t regret it! Love this place

Amazing home for our family reunion. 17 people ages from 5-75+. Plenty of room. Pool provided hours of entertainment. Kitchen was well stocked for a large group. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to beach. Would definitely recommend this listing.

This was our second stay at Tropic Terrace and we love it there. We stayed in #39; a beautifully updated studio decorated in a nautical/ beach theme. This unit had everything we needed...including beach chairs and an umbrella. Being beachfront, it is just a short walk to the white sands of the gulf. ..and they also have a lovely salt water pool there. It is walking distance to restaurants along the boardwalk as well. We highly recommend this place and unit .

We absolutely loved our stay. We traveled with friends during spring break with our toddler-aged daughter. This location is safe, quiet and convenient. I felt safe with my toddler running around the entire property which was gated in ALL areas. All of the other tenants respected each other. I planned way too much and packed way more than I needed. This property has everything you would need. We will definitely be staying here again

What a great place to stay ! has the Mom and Pop feel which is hard to find right on the beach. The rooms are updated and beautiful. We did not even use our car 9but once) since it is close to everything. Right on Clearwater beach, near Frenchy's Rockaway and in sight is the Palm Pavillion. The pool is great too. Belloise is the best rental property on the beach.
