The Manager Mr John's behavior is not professional and really irresponsible, I need to fight for my refund . Will not say bad about the company as employees like Basant Ji and Jaspreet Ji were very kind and helpful but if the Manager is irresponsible it actually affects the clients as the manager gave up and I had to fight for my refund by myself . I was calling the airlines .

I recently tried to change my travel dates with Mintfares and requested a price for two people. Initially, I was told that I was allowed two free date changes with no penalty. However, when I informed them that I needed the change urgently, they attempted to charge me $500, hoping I wouldn’t remember the free date change policy.

This is unfair business practice, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. When I confronted them, they claimed it was a mistake by another person. Luckily, I have screenshots of the chat where they tried to do this. It makes me wonder: What if it were elderly people or others unaware of their rights? Who knows how many customers they might be overcharging every day like this?

Please, if you are dealing with Mintfares, make sure you know exactly what you are allowed and stay vigilant. They might try to slip in extra charges when they think you're not paying attention.

Worst experience. Recently I had booked ticket from Canada to India via Bangalore. I have to collect the baggage’s in Hyderabad for this I had paid 200$ extra but I had collected the baggage in Banglore. because of not having enough knowledge by team member name vaishnavi.
