The entire room was filthy. The tub has a huge, thick orange/yellowish ring in the center of the tub. I never used it. The window was left open and there were flies flying around the bathroom and bedroom. The bed blanket had holes in it and the sheets had someones hair in it. The room was not clean.
I informed the front desk lady (at checkout) and she stated she would take care of it, but ignored me when i was trying to inform her of the rest. When I informed her of more of the problems with the room, she began to raise her voice, interrupting and arguing with me. She was very rude, but the gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and respectful.
Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!! - worst hotel and experience ever. Walked in and walked right back out. Tagging all over the wall , the room was FILTHY , peoples hair on the bed , blood on the walls , blood on the bed. The room smelled so strong of bleach. i was there for at most 15 mins. I talked to the manger asking nicely for a refund he & he said yes I would be able to. Then lied and said we were the ones who made the mess.

This place is in the process of remodeling and their new rooms are honestly pretty nice. Very spacious. The jacuzzi straight up didn't have an on switch (trust me, I looked) but the bathroom was pretty nice.

That being said, the actual area outside of the rooms has super sketchy vibes. I was pretty worried about my car getting broken into but I never encountered any real problems. Probably just be aware and don't hangout too much outside of your room.
The surrounding area is surprisingly nice. There's a strip mall within a block away but I still probably wouldn't walk to it.

This place has good memories for me like the time I crashed into it ? or the times I just needed a place to stay my friends let me sleep or shower it was a place where I felt less abandoned sometimes yk? This place gives me good and bad memories that will always be a part of me.

There was gunshots somebody kicking in my door very rude employees didn't return my money back I had to call the police the front desk is very rude I'll be filing a lawsuit on them I recommend for your family or friends not to stay here..... I'm calling go to property Management health inspection property inspection state expectation of West Covina they told me to wait till 11:00 to talk to the manager to get my refund back I will be videoing this to show the review to everybody

This place needs to be shut up down. Stayed here last year with my bf. Rooms were dirty graffiti everywhere. Ac smelt like cigs and weed. There were nails sticking out of the walls. This place is a hazard.

I specifically chose the spa tub room but it didn’t work and I was so disappointed. When I called in the morning to tell them it didn’t work I was immediately interrupted by the rudest front desk lady screaming “no! No no!! All spas work.” Then she said she was going to keep my deposit if I didn’t come out right now to leave.

The room was also dirty. The bedsheets had stains on them, the bathtub had a hair in it and the fire alarm was pulled off and put in a drawer.

DO NOT COME HERE.
