I had to book a room last minute, and I’m so glad I chose Motel 6! Rosa at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly kind and respectful. Even though it was a busy time, she was patient and helped me book a room quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to come across such great customer service, and I really appreciated how helpful and pleasant she was. Highly recommend this location if you’re in need of a place to stay!

I checked in this evening and asked for a clean room with a microwave. I get to the room and get settled only to realize that there is no microwave and not a single towel. I went back to the front desk and told the young lady at the desk that there wasn't a microwave in my room. And her words to me were "yeah, sorry about that. Maintenance moved the microwaves to different rooms and I don't know where they are." I asked her why she agreed to "upgrade" my room for an extra fee if she knew she didn't have any microwaves she simply said she doesn't know and refused to refund me.

READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Where do I start. If I could give them 0 stars I would. When we checked in it was late in the day there were no more available rooms. We got 2 separate rooms. Both were horrendous. One of the room had boogers on the walls that were very visible. The walls were all stained and the ceilings had mold on them. Not only that but as we were looking around, we noticed a big spider that was on the ceiling. The curtains were disgustingly dirty, and ripped. It was dirty all around. That was not even the biggest problem in the room. The biggest problem was that the door did not even close properly!!! The door locks were broken, and they put a block of wood to try and fix it witch was very loose. My wife and I did not feel safe sleeping in that room since the door was not even closing all the way you could see through the other side! We had to put all our bags at the door so that if anyone tried to open it we could hear. Worst night and sleep of our lives. The second room was just as bad. The second room handle was broken so it was not able to lock as well. The room itself smelled like cigarette and pee. We looked under the bed and there was cigarette buds!! We walked into the bathroom and there was pee on the floor. The towels that were provided were so dirty they looked brown at this point. We paid 200 for each room a total of 400 for one night! When we called the company it was an uphill battle to get our money back. They kept going back and fourth how the manager at the facility would get back to us. Never got back to us until we were nonstop calling. Very rude in her email saying that we were being untruthful after the fact we emailed her all the pictures!!!! She gave us a refund of $93 and the other room of $48 and said we never complained to the manager on duty that day! We did talk to the front desk and said they could not do anything because there was NO MANAGER ON SITE!!!!!!!. How Does that make SENSE?! She also said they have 2 INSPECTIONS before renting. Tell me, these pictures look like they were inspected!!!! All we wanted was our refund and THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO US!!! MOST HORRENDOUS AND DISGUSTING STAY EVER!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER AND COMPANY!!! CLICK ON ACCOUNT TO SEE MORE PICTURES!!!!!!

5 minutes drive to the beach. (Palm Beach).
15 minutes to Santa Cruz & the Boardwalk.
Great tropical pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees.
Multi movie theater, Applebee's, & Jack in the Box, right next door.
Easy freeway access.
Watsonville has great pizza, Ozzys, , burgers, Katz Pawz, deli sandwiches, Togos, and hot dogs, Taylor Brothhers.
Super friendly, & very charismatic staff.
You can use it as a home base for a beach vacation, or even the world famous 17 mile drive Monterey.
Unbeatable price.

Positive: The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and they helped us get two rooms side by side. Negative: The rooms smelled dirty and there was mold in the shower. My room smelled like body odor. Ew!

The maintenance engineer gentleman is hot ?. Fernando is his name. Had to edit that. He's married. Very meticulous and precise about maintenance of the Motel 6. See you soon. Leave the light on for me.

Positive: Motel 6 remains less expensive than most other hotels. This one was well located for my purpose. Quality is missing but one gets what one pays for. Stayed two different nights last week. Rooms were average and priced a bit high for a motel 6, I thought. Paid a bunch difference on price for second night as there weekend rate is outrageous high, but needed a room.
