Our family stayed for the first time at the Fairfield Inn and suites North Conway. We chose this location essentially for the amenities, more specifically the outdoor hot tub. Everything was exceptional, including the gentleman that checked us in upon arrival, the spacious room and beautiful bathroom and super comfortable beds! Our room overlooked Mount Cranmore, which was beautifully lit at night! We took advantage of the indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, both were amazing!! A beautiful hotel for a family getaway!! We’ve stayed at many of the other hotels in the North Conway area but the Fairfield Inn and suites will be our 1st choice from here on!

My son and I had a perfect winter vacation at Fairfield Inn at Cranmore. The rooms are large and well equipped with mini frig, microwave and coffee maker. The outdoor hot tub was a great experience after snow tubing and skiing. Everything is right there: mountain coaster, zip line ride, snow tubing and we did it all. There is a nice laundry area also, so I came home with all clean clothes. 10 out of 10.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Great location and outdoor hot tub was a plus!!! Great breakfast. Bar in the lobby is great! They had complimentary s’mores for the family.. Great location for fun right next door to the hotel. Will be back!

We are Marriott Titanium, travel a ton and are very picky. This hotel is ideally located next to Cranmore with great skiing and shuttles every 20 minutes to the resort, which technically you could even walk to. The staff was so nice and very accomodating. Hotel was comfortable and super quiet even during high season. We loved that we could bring our pets. This is a rare gem! We are already planning on returning in a couple weeks!

This Fairfield Inn is ideally located at the base of Mount Cranmore and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The breakfast was consistently good and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The outside hot tub was also great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the North Conway area.

Well I had a great experience I had accidentally booked on the wrong day through a booking site and after a few days prior to our trip I got an email asking how was your trip? I was thinking how was my trip my trips coming up in 2 days this email is kind of jumping the gun then it hit me I had accidentally booked on the wrong date and the date had already passed completely my fault so I was distraught to say the least so I call the hotel the gentleman informed me I needed to call the 3rd party booking site but hotels.com had no number I could find at the time he was kind enough to google and look up and get me a contact number for them so I call them they informed me they need to talk to one of the managers at the hotel and that’s when Sera was nice enough to refund MY mistake and give me the opportunity to rebook at the correct date I was so thrilled and when I called to thank her for all her help I was even assisted more with not only the confirmation of the new correct booking but a few questions I had like making sure pools were open and what not but Karlie at the front desk was very helpful thank you so much again for all your help and all you did can’t wait to see you in April

Great place close to Cranmore mountain. The front desk is very helpful and the outdoor hot tub is solid.

Small bar with pub fare usually open until 9.

Venture off property to one of the local establishments, we went to the red parka and it did not disappoint.

Ubers are scarce, I took a taxi and it took me over an hour to get a ride home. The bartender at Red Parka is the man! I wish I remembered his name but make the trip, you won’t be disappointed.

From checking in to, free continental breakfast to the pool and jacuzzi, we also had a couple drinks and some very fresh Chicken Cesar Salads.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, this facility is right next door to Cranmore Mountain Resort and close to town and all the outlets and attractions in the Conway / N. Conway area.
Priced right in this area !!
We had a great weekend staying here.
