We had a very positive experience with Christine of European Travel. She planned our trip better than we ever would have on our own. She selected the right number of days in each city we visited so we did not feel like we were short on time, or that we were in one place for more than necessary. She selected hotels that were centrally located and of good quality. She booked all of the transportation to and from airports and train stations, so we never had to worry about finding a cab that was big enough to carry a group of four and all of our luggage. All this made our trip tremendously move fun and convenient. Thank you Christine!

SAVE YOURSELVES THE TIME!!!

I am utterly disappointed by this agency if I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I called Linda and asked her to plan a trip to Italy for my family and I in June 2023. I was told that Chris will handle everything for us and email me the information. I was told to wait a week. A week passes and I hear absolutely nothing from them and decide to give them a few more days. I still don’t hear anything. I give them a call and Linda gives me a whole lot of attitude and transfers me to Chris. Chris says he will do everything for us and on Monday we will get the email. Monday comes and there is still no email! I wait a few more days and give them a call today. Chris blatantly lies to me saying that he did send me an email on Monday. I told him to send me a screenshot and he says “I don’t text”. I couldn’t help but laugh. I advice everyone who is considering to work with them to save themselves the time and go to a different company!!!

Made reservations last summer with Von traveling to Greece through London. Before departure flight got cancelled a few times not to his fault. On the rescheduled day I was bumped from my departure flight by American because the flight was late and would not make connection with BA. Eddie rescheduled me for the next day and asked me to document expenses incurred with hotel and and others so he can submit to BA for consideration. I wrote a few emails last summer, left a few phone messages and never got a response. I called today and was totally shocked by the rudeness and bad language used by Eddie towards me. Very unprofessional, insulting, and uncooperative team. A year ago Von helped me with similar plans during Covid and was very pleased. Not sure what happened this year. The insults today made me a never go back customer.

They helped us plan our dream vacation to Europe, recommending cities to visit, finding hotel rooms large enough to accommodate our family, arranging air and ground transportation for every leg of the trip and booking our tours.
