I had a great experience with Massoor Travel. Lilit helped me to book an appointment at German embassy in Los Angeles and prepare all necessary documents. My initial plan was to request a single entry Schengen visa but Lilit reassured me to apply for multi entry visa. Before the visa interview Lilit asked me to come to her office so she can check and make sure I have all document with me. My interview went very smoothly and I got my multi entry Schengen visa.
