I was NOT a passenger on the tour bus coach company.
I was exiting my vehicle while it was legally parked. When I was outside my vehicle, I just closed my driver door and look behind me and noticed I was sandwiched in betwymy driver door and a GREEN wrapped Flixbus, operated by tour coach bus.

When I noticed the tour coach bus was sandwiching me in, I looked at the bus driver, and noticed the driver was giving me his middle finger.
I decided to walk away and I looked back and noticed the driver opening his door as if the driver was exiting. So when I attempted to go back my vehicle, the driver of the Flixbus (tour coach bus) deliberately sprayed my entire body and face with pepper mace.
I had a felony police BATTERY report made and the driver continues to drive for tour coach bus.

Tour coach is the best company when you need a group trip, they have the best service and the best price, on December I needed a bus for a group trip and I called many bus companies and tour coach gave me the best price. On the day of the trip the bus was so clean and so comfortable

I was a NON PASSENGER, parking my vehicle, legally. When I got out of my vehicle, a TOUR COACH CHARTER BUS, wrapped with the Flixbus decal, deliberately tried to hit my driver door when I existed.

The driver then opened the bus door and sprayed me with pepper mace.

The driver then left and went to pick up a full load of passengers.

I contacted LAPD,

Lapd made it clear to me that a police report would be taken.

The bus driver had a FELONY BATTERY report made on him do ASSAULT.

THE TOUR COACH CHARTER bus driver meant to HURT me.

The woman who sees over all incident’s with Flixbus aka TOUR COACH BUS, gave me the information to there insurance company, in which the insurance adjuster ROB, is delaying the investigation pending liability

I have RAW footage of the incident. The community doesn’t know if any other drivers could be ARMED With any other weapon’s.

I have received medical attention because a lot of pepper mace went into my eyes.

“To the community, please be very very careful of how any of the Flixbus drivers personalities are, because they will HARM YOU.” (Even as a incident bystander.

Stuck behind bus 275 leaving Yosemite Valley all the way to Oakhurst on 10/21/19 for 90 minutes as it crawled along under 20 mph. This bus had a line of cars stuck behind them and did not take a single opportunity to pull off and let other vehicles pass - of which there were many safe options. Going slow is one thing while blocking traffic for so long is another entirely.

This person should not be driving a bus or the company training is deplorable. In my many visits to Yosemite I have never seen a bus do this.

Tour Coach driver of Flixbus route 2000 from East San Jose to Los Angeles (12:15 pm departure on 5/17/2019) appropriated all Panoramic Premium Seating for his personal use. These seats cost $12.99 each for the opportunity to have the best forward-facing view.

This false sense of entitlement isn't appreciated by those of us paying his salary. Nice job Tour Coach. You can bet I wrote to Flixbus.

Was at in and out drive thru 4/13 around 5:30 pm. A large bus was blocking the road which stated no parking at all times. It was a busy street and emergency lights were on. We asked an in and out employee if they knew what was going on but she didn’t know. Later we saw a guy exit in and out and enter the bus and drove away. He went into in and out to eat, blocking traffic. Bus number is 274. Unbelievable.

We had the BEST experience with Tour Coach. Everyone in our group was so happy! Our driver was phenomenal and everything we coordinated so nicely from start to finish! Thank you, Tour Coach! We'll be back!
