Had a fan shaft break on my hood fan a couple weeks ago.Out of desperation I tried giving them a call and explain my situation …Danny not only returned my call promptly, but was out later the same day to do an assessment. Upon inspection, the fan was terminal…Danny quoted me a new fan…expedited a quick turnaround and set up an install date. The surprise was the very next day. Danny showed up with a used loaner unit to get us through the weekend until the new one was available. He and his team went above and beyond…did a great job on the new install, and definitely earned my cleaning business as well. Job well done!!! Much appreciated!!

Danny and crew did an excellent job removing the grill grease and algae off our cedar deck boards and wheelchair ramp and properly prepped it for a new finish! We were very pleased that he went the extra mile attending to some additional small details ; ) Elite Hood 's crew was very personable and professional. Thanks!

The service we needed at first was just hood cleaning, the first crew that came did not complete the job. As soon as I spoke to Maureen and explained what occurred, they made sure everything was corrected. And I mean the service could have not been better. They replaced an engine for the fans, clean hoods, some wiring job and lid ordering. The Crew the Owner Dan brough was awesome. They got straight to work, cleaned up after themselves. Dan went above and beyond for us here at 5 Star Tainos

Saved the day! Our hood wasn't functioning, just before a very important weekend. The owner not only answered my call, but came right to our property at 4 o'clock on a Friday. Walked me through the steps he was taking, got up on the roof, assessed electrical concerns, removed two very large, quite destroyed belts, and drove back to his shop and found replacements. Because of his efforts and an "above and beyond " service call, we have WORKING HOODS! We also are signing up with a scheduled maintenance plan with his company. Absolutely STELLAR. Thank you so very much!

Company doesn't stand behind work performed. Stained equipment 1st time with chemicals. They didn't clean up the residue on floors and back splash. Never removed encasement for fan blower on exhaust. Second time same issues fraudulent on what they say they cleaned and what was actually performed. This time they stepped on overshelf of my oven and broke it and never fixed it or wanted to claim it wasn't their guys. I have used this company for many years and got them into multiple accounts.
Not the same quality they used to be known for not even close. Never again, response is always we will check into it with zero response. Then office gal keeps calling to reschedule another cleaning! Really!

Great company. Unlike other hood cleaners Elite was on time and did not cancel like the other 2 hood cleaners. They finished in a timely manner and locked up afterwards. I also did not find my food rifled through or my alcohol missing like I have with others. Great job
